First time in, and it was really good! Our server recommended the egg rolls from the appetizer menu, and they were delicious!

We were so grateful this place wasn’t so busy on Easter, because they were able to seat our party of 7 quickly! However, the service was unfortunately slow. I’m not sure if it was the kitchen or the waitress.. but the whole experience kind of lagged. It took our waiter a hot minute to greet us and even longer to get all of our drinks. My sister waited a long time for her mimosa while my mom already received her drink. Others also order items that took awhile to get to the table. The server herself was nice, but not as engaging nor welcoming as we hoped. Either she was new or she wasn’t too happy to wait on us. As my families first time dining in during this special holiday, I’d say the whole experience was pretty mid. No one left truly happy & satisfied which was unfortunate. As far as the food, it wasn’t bad! But it also wasn’t anything to really rave about. I think that the surprisingly slow service ruined the experience of our meal.Kid-friendliness: Has kids menu and high chairs

Regular fries were good. Garlic Parmesan fries were a little rich—maybe use finer grated Parmesan instead. Two of us ordered meals with salmon and the server asked how they wanted it cooked. I've never heard that for salmon before. I don't know if it was the chicken finger breading or the ranch but something had either too much pepper or thyme or some other overpowering seasoning. Lastly, how does a restaurant with wood fire grill in their name not offer some sort of pizza? Seems like a missed opportunity.

Our first visit to Lee's Summit... excellent experience! Our server (Luke?) was attentive and terrific. Big Ben welcomes us! Love the layout. Excellent food, great service and cold drinks. Keep it up!

VERY GOOD! I've stated this to her, the manager is a hard working lady who leads by example. The staff is friendly, always smiling. The Bartender Amy comes over to say hello and talks to us like we are friends. Our Server was Rodrigo he greeted us at our table with a smile and big thing for me me, glass didn't go empty. Miala the GM has created a great working environment and it shows thru the workers, and creates a very nice place to have dinner. I highly recommend the Lee's Summit location.

I called a week in advance to make reservations for a birthday. The manager over the phone was amazing. She made sure to ask me how many birthdays, and assured me the night would be amazing for my party. I was also told to arrive 10-15 mins early. I did. My table was not only not ready, but late. Our server almost “hurried” us in a way. She forgot some of our food and got drink ordered wrong. The food was also not that great as it has been in the past. What really disappointed me was everything the manger told me on the phone, never happened. So I would not recommend Red Door for a special occasion.

Pleasant place to eat. Good service. Food out fast. Only complaint is they split our salad and main entry into two when we don’t like to do that. Really enjoyed the pecan dessert.

I hate giving any negative reviews but this was not the best experience (food wise) especially at the price point. My wife and I at there last night around 8 pm. It wasn't very busy so we got in right away. The hostess was welcoming and the server was good.We really liked the calamari to start with, as the cocktail sauce had some real pop with the horse radish in it.My wife's Jalapeno Chicken was made twice. We weren't sure if the bun was supposed to be stale. It definitely didn't feel like it was toasted. She felt the chicken was cooked a bit to much, as well.I had the 1lb of wings which was pretty charred in my opinion. I did not taste the flavor of the sauce that was supposed to be on it because it was overwhlemed by the char of grilling. Some pieces were charred to much and some were just right, but there was little flavor outside of that. One thing we agreed on was that the food lacked any kind of pop to it.Overall, we were dissaponted. Doesn't mean we won't come back and try it again at some point. Especially, on the night with the fried chicken, perhaps. But I would say this is not a destination place for me for. Which was dissapointing since I was looking forward to trying this for some time.

Brody our server was very attentive and polite. Appetizers were great! We came to try the jalepeno fried chicken. We were a little disappointed in that. All other meals we've had there before have been excellent!
