Red Lobster

My husband and I have been regularly eating at Red Lobster for 25+ years, but we have only just introduced our 3 kids to it. Jaylon McClintock was our server on 5/25/25 amd he is one of the best servers I EVER had. I'm not just saying at Red Lobster, but of anywhere. He was incredibly kind and patient with our group of 6, 3 if which were kids. He was able to anticipate needs the specifically related to kids that I have not experienced with other servers. I made sure to tell him before we left that he is truly good at what he does, and when he asked me to do this survey, I didn't hesitate to say yes. Jaylon was the piece that elevated our experience. The food was as delicious as it has always been, Jaylon's energy made it exceptional. :)

We ate at 8 20ish, lovely wait staff (Kayden) closing time advertised as 10 pm, we ordered a second drink at about 8 50 pm but we were saddened to hear the bar person moan and whine about her wanting to shut the bar early, she was rude to our server and rude about us which is sad really because one announcement eg (last orders or drinks please as the bar’s closing) would have caused us to cancel our order and the unpleasant atmosphere would have been avoided. Kaden however was a superstar, he rose above it and gave fantastic service.
And this being that Red Lobster is trying to get back old and new customers.

Our server Madison was very friendly and attentive. I would say she went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. We also noticed how she handled a problem at another table. The diners had issues paying and she went as far as to use her own card to make sure the bill was paid. She didn't let their rudeness or unappreciativeness get to her. We ordered the Ultimate Feast and it was well cooked.

Hadn’t been here in a while but food was good and Caden was a kind and attentive server!

Caden was a great server and attentive to what we needed! Would be glad to have him again as a server. Food was good overall and atmosphere was decent despite a loud couple in the booth next to us.

We had the best experience we are a loud picky group our server Jaylon did an amazing job taking care of us we loved everything we had it was a clean friendly restaurant we will definetly recommend

Jaylon was fantastic. Very attentive and prompt service. Crab legs were good and kitchen had no issue with special requests (preparing food without butter).

I’ve never been more disappointed in my fav restaurant. Last time I ate there they’ve cut down serving size but prices continue to go up. I’ll eat at captain’s Ds save money and get more than I can eat. Too bad

Krystal served me for lunch. She was fast and efficient. Very friendly and has a nice smile. Definitely recommend her as a server.
