Red Lobster

Had a reservation at 7:15. We were sat at a table at 8:25 and received our food at 9:50. Terrible! We did not order appetizers. We ordered food as soon as the waitress took our drink order.

After we checked in with our reservation we were left standing forgotten until all the people that came in before us without reservations were seated. The server was nice but they were out of cheddar biscuits and our entrees came before the appetizer.

Took 45 minutes to get my food. Nobody told me there would be this long of a wait to get the main meal. I did get salad and biscuits.

Almost always a great experience here. Lovely staff and great food!

Shitty service food was cold when it came out then they took it back to fix it ended up burning it where you couldn’t eat it and false prices

We will never be back. Last time we went for my birthday, they had so much food unavailable because it was all sold out. Food was mediocre at best. Tonight my daughter wanted to eat there for her 6th birthday. Food wasn’t hot nor fresh. Steak from the surf and turf could be thrown across the room and put a hole in the wall. $250 of crap. The only good thing about tonight was our server. Red Lobster has gone completely downhill and it’s sad. This used to be my favorite restaurant and location

First time back since their closure announcements. Very "meh." Tough steak, poorly prepared, fishy lobster. Admiral's platter was more of an Ensign's platter; dry overcooked fish and doughy undercooked hush puppies. Waitress did the best she could, but the cook(s) missed the mark completely. Disappointed. And no, I don't want to contact you on Facebook.

All the food was fabulous! Especially loved our waitress an African American young lady. She was awesome!!!

This place I will not be visiting again it's a Saturday night and they have only 3 servers. The wait on the drinks took forever and then when the food came it was cold and under cooked. I asked the Manager about it and they took my steak back and threw it back on the grill. Now note it was suppose to be medium well then the steak comes back and it's well done and burnt smh big disappointment for sure. If you had a choice to go somewhere else I would do so save yourself some money

Large group. 10 plus. Two waitresses. Few kids in the group. Got there at 1830. They stated there are only two cooks. I ordered a one pound lobster. She returned awhile later and said they do not have any (at red lobster). I pointed to the menu and said I will have that, just like the picture. Another order an appetizer. They came out after the lobster issue (been probably 30 months) and said they do not have the flat bread lobster. He canceled that app.

Food came about 2000 hrs.

Kids were happy. They tore into it. My food was cold. I’m serous. I was so hungry I didn’t care.

I felt bad for the two waitresses. They seemed to stay positive and happy even though the restaurant was out of several items and taking a long time to get the food out. This place will close. Probably soon. But if it stayed open, I would not return.

Restroom was pretty unkempt.
Would have failed inspection in the Marines.

11/07/2024 I brought my family here around 5:30 pm. We were seated right away. Our server came and greeted us. The whole experience was awesome. The service, the food and atmosphere was second to none.

This restaurant is under new management, I believe, and I hope the higher ups will also read my review to be able to improve on and be more competitive in this market. First of all the positive ones, the staff are nice and friendly. The biscuit is free and is quite delicious with its cheesy, buttery taste. The steak is tasty with the right amount of condiments on it. The quality and texture of the steak is another subject to start with the negative ones. The meat is tough to chew on though it tastes good. The price is the same or even cheaper with the other restaurants on the area within the vicinity with a much better cut and taste. The seafood dish is just the same as you can get in any diner. The coleslaw has this overwhelming sourness. My suggestion is to lessen the vinegar on it. The calamari lacks something on it. Maybe, on my opinion, it will shine with parmesan cheese on it. As of now, it is for me, just another diner dish and some diners have better calamari than this. Price is on the “pricey” side compared to the quality of the food. Atmosphere of the restaurant has to improve from gloomy to be welcoming maybe adding light and color. The restaurant has to have a signature dish to attract more customers. It still needs the “wow” factor that we did not taste and see when we visited the restaurant. I hope my constructive notes will be part of management’s brainstorming.

Slow for a the few people inside. Server was good, but didn't mention my item came with potatoes. So I ordered a baked potato. Was a waste. And if you get a new crab legs deal. You can only get 1 sauce, no mix and matching like other crab spots. And since you get two sauces they won't cook it in one, so u can use the other for dipping. Which is okay but loses a point for plain crab legs and not telling me before, and just bring it out plain.

Party of five went last night for a birthday celebration. Between the group we ordered salmon, crab legs, baked potatoes and lobster tail. ALL came out under cooked and cold. Butter wouldn’t even melt on the potatoes. There were only 2 other tables with customers while we were there yet service was also lacking, (waited 30 minutes for a drink from the bar and over 40 minutes for our food. This was the Independence location
