Slow to get a drink, dual lobster, one wasn't quite cooked enough and the other almost too much. $88 bill for one person, with tip.

Shrimp was overcooked, and when I went to use the womans restroom, there was a mens urinal right outside the handicap stall. Never going back. If you must have a place for those who choose a different lifestyle, give them their own restroom.

Checked in at 6:45 with party of 9. Told it would be 45 min wait although they only appeared to be semi busy. No explanation why the long wait. Seated at 7:30 and didn't receive food until 8:45, then only half our table was served the 10-15 min later the other half got their meal. Grilled shrimp was burned and tough, salmon was over cooked, fishy taste to fried cod. Best item was the biscuits. Asked for manager but someone other than the manager came to the table to explain kitchen staff was new and manager was helping in the kitchen. Was given only a 20% discount and 2- $10 off coupons. Will not visit this location again.

The food was good and once we get seated the service was good. The hostess was MIA and it took 20 minutes to get seated. There was no line and nobody ahead of us. If it wasn't for the fact that we had gift cards we would have left. Very disappointed in the hostess.

20 minute wait when nearly half the tables were empty. Waitress was kind, but steak was prepared like I asked.

Great service and food was served in a timely manner!
Plenty of staff giving decent service. The biscuits weren't mouth watering tasty as usual. Baked Potato and Walt's Shrimp were great. Sent lobster back because it wasn't flakey tender. They removed charge from my bill. They were more than fair about it. I'll go back.

I have went back to the Lee's Summit location, hoping for a better experience several times now. It's a shame that it was still bad service and food, since it's close to where I live. I don't recommend this location. When we arrived there was nobody in sight, we stood and waited about 5 minutes before my husband walked back by the kitchen by the bar area to get someone's attention. A waitress came out and took us to the bar area, the place was empty. It took quite a while to get a water that we had to ask for after she had brought our biscuits and ordered our drinks. After we were able to order our food, it took around 30-40 minutes to get our food, again we were the only customers in there. We watched 3 or 4 people pick up online orders. When we got our food, it was inedible. I had ordered a lobster dinner, which I couldn't even get the lobster to come out of the shell from being overcooked and my husband's meal wasn't good either. We got the waitresses attention and let her know our concerns. We didn't eat our meals and told her that we would pay for our drinks, but not the meals that we couldn't eat. She asked if we wanted to order something else and we let her know that we did not, we had already been there over an hour and couldn't eat what we had already ordered. The Lee's Summit location is very close to our house and would prefer to go to this location because of that. We have been going to the Independence location because the service and food is always so much better. It's just a shame that we can't seem to eat local because of the lack of customer service and lack of quality of the food we get. Like I said, we've tried to go to the Lee's Summit location several times, not anymore.

I feel like the quality of the food has went down hill some.Tonight the service and food just wasn't great. Waiter informed us he was new, but even for new, wasn't good. Sure we will be back at some point, but won't rush back for sure.Very disappointed with this visit.
