Sarpino's Pizzeria Lee's Summit

Don’t order delivery. I had great experience in past but tonight was horrible.
I pre-tipped 20 percent. Order arrived 15 minutes late and cold. My dressing was wrong, my driver forgot my dipping sauce that I paid extra for, no parm cheese I ordered or peppers.
Even better, I was told they can’t make any payment adjustments because the FM isn’t there. And they can’t send a driver to deliver wrong and missing items because they are too busy. And I got to deal with a rude manager
So after ordering delivery that was late, wrong and cold… I get to drive up to the restaurants to receive the rest of the missing items that I paid for. And I get to try to track down the GM tomorrow to get a tip and price adjustment :) what a disappointment.

First time customer, could not access app and somehow it ordered through Doordash.
Average veggie pizza with very little vegetables and a minimum of flavorful sauce, extra 1oz sauces were $1 each which ironically made it more appetizing
I will try one more time however in a competitive take out market, their average pizza will soon be passed over.

With tip I paid nearly $45 for a deep dish, three ingredient pizza and a piece of tiramisu. My pizza was to have pepperoni, onion and mushroom, and there were no mushrooms and onions. Cold/room temp marinara sauce was dumped all over the top of the upper pizza crust layer, which resulted in soggy, doughy pizza. Very little pepperoni. And the pizza was barely warm, room temperature in some places. The delivery driver was just fine and the food arrived sooner than estimated. But I won't be ordering from here again. Really mediocre food. Will doctor it up myself and rebake it in the oven and make it better than what I received

Disregard the atmosphere rating as I had my pizza delivered. The delivery driver was friendly and faster than estimated. He met me at my requested location and was pleasant. But the pizza. The pizza, well you know how the joke is even bad pizza is good? That applies here my pizza was room temperature in Spots, soggy as they put the marinara sauce on top and apparently don't heat it at all. I ordered a pepperoni, onion and mushroom deep dish pizza and I think I got some pepperoni in it. There were no mushrooms and no onions.. I only ate two pieces because it was so mediocre, which is extremely disappointing as it's my first time having Sarpinos. If I had noticed the time 15 minutes earlier, I could've ordered from a competing establishment. I will say the tiramisu was really good although it was almost 9 dollars which I think is high for a pizza place. I don't have a lot of faith that I'll order from Sarpinos again. Maybe something was off tonight or there were no insulated bags to keep the pizza warm I don't know. But for $44 which included a tip, I would hope my pizza would be better than mediocre and arrive hot. Will doctor it up And bake it in the oven to heat it. It'll be better. Thanks

I ordered a pizza and added their vegan pepperoni as an extra topping.

One would expect a topping to cover the entire top of the pizza.

This is a premium price at this place. Too much to be putting up with this much of a lackluster effort.

A couple slices didn't even have any toppings at all.

This place was great. Now they are skimping on good paying customers.

Just lazy and a poor effort. I expected better.

Always has been amazing pizza, just had a delivery where they added an empty box at the bottom to prevent the bottom pizza getting cold absolutely amazing service!

I just wanna be buried in their sauce. Also, don't sleep on the BBQ + Meatball wombo combo

Just wished they delivered to all of Blue Springs.

I’m originally from the East Coast and the one thing I miss is the pizza. Pizza is just not it in the Midwest, understandably. I miss the Sicilian pizza on the coast. This place fills that void for us. This is the best pizza I have had, hands down! I highly recommend it. The crust, sauce, cheese, toppings and portions are spot on!

Employees are to just chatting and hanging out. Expect to add 30 min to what ever time they qoute...if you're lucky

Last Saturday I went to vote early and the lines were incredibly long. Fortunately, the owner himself was in line and brought free pizza to us while we waited to vote. So grateful for him and his business in providing a bite to eat while we waited in line for several hours.

Landon, Mark, Sherry, and Maddie are amazing! I came in to order a pizza close to midnight and I was exhausted because I was tired and my mother was in the hospital and they were so sweet about it. Not only are the staff amazing, the pizza was perfect. My mom was really happy! If you go to Sarpinos in lees summit you will get great service!
