Well first time here since I was a in my 20s. the screen inside is super deceiving I thought the price beside the picture of the meal deal was the price but instead of 14$ I was charged 30$ for just 1 meal deal a sandwich chips and a drink 😱 never again not tasteful had no flavor at all over priced n the guy at the counter didn't even explain to me that that meal deal price didn't actual include the drink and tiny 5$ bag of hard chips .big disappointment.and on top of it all it was 90,% lettuce 2 small pieces of meat and that's it.ugh not again.cime in really I go try n save money n end up getting charged for a damn steak dinner I could have went out n had a meal and a margarita with that money what a deceitful rip off.and the guy at the counter saw me questioning why so expensive he did nothing like that supposed to be your average sandwich cost no no no it's not

Walked in lady looked at me and just kept on talking with another coworker. Another lady walked in and the worker looked at her and said are you guys ready. The other lady told her I was there first. The workers were to busy talking then taking care of there customers.

I would like it if they would put one in Liberty, MO. The price of the food is a little expensive.

There was only one other couple in there, and the tables were nasty.

There is absolutely no reason to eat anywhere else as far as fast food is concerned! This is filling and so much healthier and better for you than traditional fast food. Especially if you have GI issues as all of their bread is sourdough bread! Mind-blown! The service was fast and friendly, you can order ahead and pick it up through the drive through without having to ever leave your car, and two gigantic sandwiches probably with more than a pound of meat apiece, only cost $21! Who needs crappy sides when you can eat half of a huge sandwich and get absolutely stuffed and not feel like garbage or full of grease afterwards. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Wow were do i start. I went through drive through, never been here before. I told the lady this, I could not understand her well and any question I asked she replied so fast and when I asked her to repeat she was more agitated that I asked again, so I told her give me whatever.
She was very rude and could not understand. The food was ok, probably would of been better if I could have ordered different. The parking lot was empty and I was the only one in line.
I don't plan on returning.

My wife was shocked I never had eaten at Schlotzsky's before and needless to say we've made it a habit to eat there anytime her family comes into town. They've closed so many around the metro, they always want to go, which I am now AOK with! Haha! That hot sauce is so yummy as well!! And the bacon smokecheesy!!!

I made a mistake with my online order the very lovely and nice lady at the counter took care of it as soon as I got there. Every time I order here the food is always great and have always had great service.

Food was inedible! Spent almost $17 for my meal and it was so bad I threw it all away. Don't waste your money. I wish I could get a refund. Ugh.

I have been a loyal patron of Schlotzsky’s since they first opened in Kansas City. My daughter recently moved to Washington State and had not had a Schlotzsky’s sandwich in years, which she had grown up on. She was visiting this week so the first thing I did was order two sandwiches at Schlotzsky’s And I have never been so disappointed in my life. What the heck has happened to this place the bread doesn’t even seem like the original type of spongy sourdough bread they used to use. It was a rock hard bun. It did not even seem similar to original Schlotzsky’s. That was what they were always known for was their bread. I always order a cheese original because we’re both vegetarians. You couldn’t even taste the cheese. There was literally no filling in it of any substance as I am writing this one star review which I would give them a zero if I could, I am waiting for the manager to come back from about a two hour break. I never give anyone a piece of my mind aboutinadequate food, but I just cannot let this go.
