Love a sourdough sandwich!!

I made a mistake with my online order the very lovely and nice lady at the counter took care of it as soon as I got there. Every time I order here the food is always great and have always had great service.

The Cinnabon is soooooo good. Staff super helpful and nice

Food was inedible! Spent almost $17 for my meal and it was so bad I threw it all away. Don't waste your money. I wish I could get a refund. Ugh.

I have been a loyal patron of Schlotzsky’s since they first opened in Kansas City. My daughter recently moved to Washington State and had not had a Schlotzsky’s sandwich in years, which she had grown up on. She was visiting this week so the first thing I did was order two sandwiches at Schlotzsky’s And I have never been so disappointed in my life. What the heck has happened to this place the bread doesn’t even seem like the original type of spongy sourdough bread they used to use. It was a rock hard bun. It did not even seem similar to original Schlotzsky’s. That was what they were always known for was their bread. I always order a cheese original because we’re both vegetarians. You couldn’t even taste the cheese. There was literally no filling in it of any substance as I am writing this one star review which I would give them a zero if I could, I am waiting for the manager to come back from about a two hour break. I never give anyone a piece of my mind aboutinadequate food, but I just cannot let this go.

This place has gone downhill so much. I used to eat at Schlotzsky’s all the time I ordered last night and the sandwiches were 90% bread one to two slices of meat and it was like I was just eating a loaf of bread. The only saving grace was the salt and vinegar potato chips

Workers need serious customer service training they gave nasty attitude about my order had rude comments to say and got my full order wrong and throughout the exchange only straight I don’t wanna be hear attitude making the overall experience way less enjoyable because of there so negativity even still rudely rolling there eyes or saying something under there breathe when u have a simple question

Very good and unique sandwiches and flat breads. They also have Cinnabon.
