All of the Schlotzskys in our state have closed down, and so when we took this trip and found a Schlotzsky restaurant, we were very happy. The food was just as good as we remembered. The service was very good and the restaurant clean and decorated nicely.

I am used to the workers wearing uniforms however this day they had No uniforms on, took forever to come to counter and take our order and definitely saw us standing there, no greeting or hospitality, no hairnets. Food came out didn’t ask whose food was whose just put both sandwiches down on the table and walked away. Food was good, hot and fresh. I am big on customer service and it can ruin a dinning experience no matter how good the food is.

I don't know if this was a dasher or the restaurant but I dieted food and this was inside of my Dr Pepper it stained my finger and when I called they didn't pick up the phone and then it just hung up
