Scooter's Coffee

Stop filling the cup more than halfway with ice. There’s no way I’m getting the amount of ounces I paid for. Also I ordered a Red Bull drink but they didn’t give me the rest of the Red Bull can. They use to give you the rest of the can. So this means I paid $6-$7 for about half of a Red Bull with flavor added.

This is my favorite Scooters location. What sets them apart is their stellar service. They always repeat my order back, my drink is consistent and delicious, they remember my military discount every time and the team seems to mesh really well and the vibes are always good. Even when the line is long, wait time is only a couple minutes. The tight drive thru was renovated a couple years ago and it’s much easier to navigate now.

The clerk acted like I was trying to get some picante sauce for free. They should ask at the speaker if we’d like to purchase sauce. I asked for two — she only gave me one. I’ll just go across the street for breakfast and coffee; at least they don’t try to charge $0.50 for a tiny 0.5 oz packet.

Amazing customer service ever. Got my kiddo sparkling soda. He said mom tell them this is disgusting take it off the menu. She laughed about it.

The cinnamon roll is excellent. Otherwise, Starbucks is definitely superior.

This coffee is phenomenal!! They have decaf! I just tried them a couple of weeks ago. I didn't think they had decaf, like their competitor doesn't. I am so excited to finally find a coffee I can drink when out & about.
The day breakers iced 'Turtle' is excellent! I get extra caramel & they put whipped cream on top.
If you can't have caffeine, or you want a bit cheaper coffee with the best quality / flavors then GO to Scooters!

Went to scooters I love the Pumpkin Spice hot drink with a couple of shots excellent an the people that works there was courteous and friendly and helpful!

In several years time of going to multiple scooters locations in 4 different states Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa I have only had a problem once and thay problem was quickly resolved with almost no hassle at all. Was an inconvenience at the time however if I were to consider the fact that I had an issue only once within several years running I would say that is a pretty good track record in my opinion.
