As an avid Scooters coffee drinker I just left this location and not only way I dissatisfied with my drink I was also disappointed with the customer service or lack there of. When we got to the window they didn’t know what we had order, which is fine mistakes happen. When the drink they gave us was made incorrectly and absolutely disgusting we asked for a refund and they refused. They offered no other solutions to the problem. My issue is not with the fact that they appeared to be new and none of them had a clue what was going on or the fact that our drinks were made incorrectly. I have a problem with the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to solve an issue that we didn’t create. I won’t be returning to this location again and I’ll be telling others to steer clear as well.

I’ve been going to this location everyday for about 2 years now. The baristas here never fail to put a smile on my face and I have not once had to wait nor have they ever messed up my order! This location is absolutely incredible and I hope they know that their kind words and sweet demeanors make the mornings just a bit sweeter!

This location often makes drinks too sweet and I usually just toss it but this last time I wanted a refund. It is extremely hard to get a refund here. It was a 7 dollar drink that I had to make 4 different contact attempts to get back. No extra comp or anything extra offered. Just bad customer service and too sweet drinks.

Great quality beverages and services. Their fruit drinks are delicious. I only wish I could leave a tips to the girls with my card because I never carry cash.
On 09-23-24 at approximately 330 pm. my wife and i ordered 2 coffee drinks, At the greenwood location. When I almost finished mine I noticed a large staple or wire in the bottom of my cup. Luckily I did not drink it and accidentally swallow the wire. No harm done, but employees need to pay more attention. This could have turned out alot worse. Thanks.

I'm a Scooter's fan. This location is the best. I think it is a testament to their employees at this location. The coffee is always consistent and delicious and I can't always say that about other Scooter's locations. I have also noticed a lack of employee turnover at this location too. That usually tells me someone is doing something right and it shows in their products and service. Thank you 150 Hwy Scooters!

Scooter's coffee is the best.
Dietary restrictions: There is coconut milk and almond milk available if you're lactose intolerant. Some of their sauces that they make the drinks with do have some milk in them so still be careful but you won't regret it either way.
