4th time I ordered coffee and got flavor in it. Gives me an instant headache. 2 times I drove back and asked for COFFEE no flavor no sugar no, no nothing but coffee. They gave me a real coffee and were very polite and nice. However I got it today and yes flavor in it. Disgusting and I am not wasting my time to drive back. Not everyone in the town thinks coffee includes a whole cake blended in it with 2000 calories of blended whip cream, heres your cup of diabetes. Real die hard coffee drinkers want the natural good flavor. Sorry but I'm done, I bought a new coffee press.

First off I had 2- free coffees the order was also with 2- anything bagels and $1 donuts she kept asking me to get and finally said put them in my order, I get up to pay she acted like she scanned my phone took my debit handed me my items to find out later I never received my points and I paid full price when my coffees should had been free they do not give you a receipt but when I went looked at how many points I needed left for another free coffee is when I noticed nothing changed, I tried calling but no you have to listen to voicemail and can’t leave a message so I’ll never go back to scooters in lees summit off rice road they rip you off and really makes me mad I gave her a $3 tip oh and my bagel was cold as well as my daughters we had to cook them ourselves

Got a free large medium roast coffee (free September coffee) since I had never tried it before from there and I probably never will again. It was very watery and tasted like old coffee, and was cold, had to reheat it.

I come here frequently (more often than I would like to admit!) They are always so nice and fast, I am pretty sure I am in and out of the drive thru within a minute almost every time! Such nice people here :)
Scooters all around is great. I’ve never had a bad experience. The Lee’s Summit location is special though. My 4year old son loves Scooters peach smoothie. He orders himself “1 small peach smoothie” and they get it right every time, they even write his name on it. It is the sweetest thing and makes my day.

Egg sandwich was a mess with cheese all over the package and had burnt stuff stuck to it from om assuming the toaster. Drink was freaking delicious, well the part that was blended. Over half of my drink was ice and it was a matcha smoothie!

Rapid response coffee drive-thru. Does pretty well if you need an afternoon pick-me-up. Sometimes I wish it was a little cheaper, but as is the norm for most coffee stands.
