Shack Breakfast & Lunch

Waited 8 minutes on a Wednesday morning at 10:50 am for a waitress to even get our drink order. Food took 20 more minutes and was just ok. I couldn't eat the bacon, it was barely cooked. Hostess/Waitress/Bartender/Busperson was clearly doing her best in a severely understaffed, poorly managed restaurant.

First time to visit and it was really good! The food was on point and the server was amazing. The only thing to mention was we were quoted a 20 minute wait but ended up waiting 45 minutes.

We have been to Shack several times. It's been decent most times. Today, however, the food was beyond sub-par. It was cold, powdered eggs that were dry and tasteless, the biscuits were stale and hard, and the sausage was abnormally dry. My kid wouldn't touch the scrambled eggs, my wife took a few bites and didn't touch them again. This was truly off-putting and I don't think we'll be back. The price they charge, it'd better be good. It wasn't. What a waste of money.

Amazing breakfast!, I enjoyed the chorizo omelet very much. The salsa verde on the top was extremely fresh tasting, and delicious.
I asked the waitress for her opinion of side, and was not disappointed in her recommendation. The croissant was light, flakes and buttery.
I know it is a small thing, but the way water is served to the table in a chilled glass carafe, is just the kind of little detail that sets good apart from great!
I highly recommend!

great experience, I took my work team of 8 for lunch and they were able to accommodate quickly. Waiter was attentive and food came out pretty quickly. I had the protein pancakes, they were good and filling. the granola was a nice touch.
