Get here early because there will be a line outside later. Try the Shrimpin' Ain't Easy. (shrimp & grits 🤌🏼😙) I love the artwork all over the walls & tables! The menu has the best plate titles by the way.
Shout out to our server and the GM on recovery. My husband is vegetarian. He ordered a vegetarian omelet. He took a couple of bites, before he realized there was meat in his omelet. This was very big, he has not eaten meat in over 3 years. But our server was so quick to do everything to make it right. And so did the GM. Life isn't about the mistakes we make, but how we recover. They recovered so impressively. Even with that, it was a great experience and we will come back....
Yeah, this place is a must eat in Lee's Summit. Great diner in Summit Fair shopping center. Fun atmosphere, awesome menu, and a great breakfast / brunch. Fun place to meet friends or watch the game on Sunday. They let people sign or write on the walls and bars. If you're a coffee fan the coffee is AWESOME great fun mugs sitting out everywhere with fun sayings and they gave me my own pot so I could drink as much and refill as needed.
