We came at 9:45 to eat they closed at 10 they told us they were closing so they were baging our food to go and said we had to leave after we got our food I didn't think that was cool the manager said he didn't want to offend us by asking us to leave but I Said kicking us out was kinda of offensive. He said we could eat outside if we wanted to so we did. The chicken sandwich looked like the smashed it into the bag it was sad looking but we were outside so how could I complain so I ate it the bacon cheese fries were good, but they only gave me 3/4 glass of chocolate milk again sad. Have them a 3 but that was pushing it probably won't return thanks for the first time experience.

$15 for a single bacon burger that is 4 inch in diameter. Absolutely insane. I won’t be going back.

The burgers are so good and staff is friendly. The patio has heaters. I like that they have a self serve water station

I went through the drive through. The wait was long, it was expensive, and the burger was more like a slider. The workers were nice and polite.

Food was good. Expensive for the amount you get. Burgers were fresh. Cookies and cream shake was great.

Friendly, fast, and food is very good. I brought a friend from Texas to this place and although she won't admit it, she loves it better than Whataburger!! She ordered from here on 3 separate occasions.

Unfortunately, I don’t go here anymore! The last three times Ive waited for over 20 minutes in the thrive-thru. The slowest drive- thru of any place I’ve ever been to. Food is good, but not good enough for the crazy long wait.

Literally just arrived at 9:20PM and the employees were walking out locking the store saying they are closed for the night. They are supposed to be open til 10PM?

The first time, 4/30/25 I tried Shake Shack was in Houston, TX. The burger was big, juice, full of flavor, and one of best I had had. On 8/16/25 I tried the Lee's Summit location. The burger was incredibly small compared to what I got in Houston. It was dry, had little flavor, was poorly seasoned, and overall a disappointment. I don't know if as a whole Shake Shack has become worse, or if it's just the LS store. For $18 for a #1 I don't think I'll be trying another.
