not sure why this place is ranked below 4 stars. so many conservatives have ranked this place in a bad way because it's NOT like the king lover chicken place down the street. smdh. but ANYWAY love the fries they are expensive but they are so good. And I absolutely LOVE the shroom burger it's absolutely fantastic for someone that is a half way vegetarian. over all love this place alot!!

Nice outdoor area for sitting with your dog. I also like the vegetarian options such as the fried mushroom sandwich. Great shakes too. It's never been too crowded when we were there.

Dirty, the employees didn’t even talk to us or care to, and we got food poisoning from it… Do Not Eat There!!!!!! And this is a very bad thing for one of my family members with disabilities . Very disappointed.

I had a great drive thru experience with Morgan! She was very friendly and kind with a joyful personality! She was helpful when asking questions about menu items including limited time shakes. I thoroughly believe she made the experience enjoyable! 10/10 Amazing service!!

I’m reading so many bad reviews it’s crazy. I really enjoy shake shack. And this location hasn’t ever disappointed. I come maybe 3 times a month. And each time has been pleasant. The customer service is really good, people here are really nice. The food, I think tastes great. Is it pricey, yeah. But it’s so much better than your McDonald’s or Wendy’s burger. I love this store.

Greesy Truffle burger with Fries and my wife's Chicken Avocado and Bacon sandwich is in the photos. It was small and the avocado was way over ripened and chicken was dry AF. No drinks for $30.57. not likely going back anytime soon. Kinda gross

I’ve been to a few shake shacks in the past and I feel like this one didn’t hold up to the quality and customer service of the other ones I’ve been too (in NY, KS and CT). The fries I got did not taste fresh.

Last visit was my 1st and it was nice but this time I was not happy with the quality of my food. There was a sharp piece of wood in my cheesy fries. I bit into it and hurt my mouth. There was a wooden stirring stick in with my fries, I removed it, then there was a broken sharp piece of wood in with my cheese. My mom didn't enjoy her sandwiches we spent $28 for food we could not eat. I'm not satisfied

Burger was stuck to the packaging bag and smashed at the bottom, which was soggy. Not edible. Son's had a similar issue... The serving bags for the sandwiches only work if they are filled FLAT and not from the top.

Stop in your restaurant today December 6, 2024 right when they open. Fries and cheese was cold. And bacon burger tasted like they put an entire box of salt on it. Till I had to trash it.
