Ordered ahead and, instead of telling me at the window they were out of Jr meat for burgers, expected me to drive off without an item in my order. Had to press the button and wait longer to reaolve. I hnderstand if you're out of things, but at least work with me instead of hoping I'd drive off without everything I paid for.

We pulled up to pick up an online order at 10pm, after waiting 20 min for our order, while watching the employee play on his phone the entire time….we then moved to a stall and hit the button saying we had a pick up order and Was told “you have to pick up at window” We go back in line and wait an additional 15min, when we get to the window was told they wouldn’t give us food if we weren’t patient. We asked for managers name and the 40year old man replied he was the manager and refused to give us his name. We explained that our frustration is the outrageous amount of wait times we deal with anytime we visit this location, they lack staff & it can not properly be ran when only 2 people are working. He refused us our order after that. Then demanded we leave the property. It was appalling. We will never return and we wish you good luck finding a staff that can properly run this place. It’s been a mess for several years. Consider paying your employees more to get better quality workers in this establishment. A formal complaint was filed for the “general managers” behavior. You would think someone getting paid 58k a YEAR wouldn’t be acting like a child aswell as throwing fits like a crybaby at work.

If there was an option to post zero star for service it would be more appropriate. It’s sonic for goodness sake. We go back in line and when we get to the window was told they wouldn’t give us food if we weren’t patient. We will never return and food luck finding a staff that can properly run this place. It’s been a mess for several years. We were not allowed to park in the drive in. My sonic blast was unmixed I guess I have to do it. Good burnt. People mean. Shop dirty. Will not come back.

We bought 2 bacon brioche sandwiches and an egg for our dog. Our sandwiches had about ¼ of the egg that came out for the dog. The egg on the sandwich looked like it had been painted on the griddle. No substance or moisture whatsoever. When you pay over $12 for 2 sandwiches and an egg, you expect to have a full egg on your sandwich. The picture of the sandwich on their app looks like the sandwich is mostly egg..totally bogus and a ripoff!! Do better!!

Was skimpy on their chilly dog had hardly any chili on it. Didn't get any condiments like salt for onion rings. Didn't receive ranch with ched r peppers

This Sonic is super slow. My food comes out 10+ minutes later than the estimates constantly due to being understaffed.

It's upsetting to use the mobile app to order ahead and leave a tip, only to arrive and find out that curb service isn't available, only drive-thru. It's even worse because if I choose a mobile pickup orders only stall, they have no way to tell me to pull around to the drive thru. I wasted a half hour of my time, worth many times the price of my order, waiting for my order after I checked in. Had I known I would have to use the drive-thru, I wouldn't have left a tip. Especially since their menu prices are higher than most other Sonic locations.

Very slow. The place was empty. I waited for over 10 minutes. When the burger arrived, it was cold, and the fries were cold. They didn't put napkins or ketchup in the bag. I've been to other Sonic restaurants, and the service is much better.

I was barely holding it together with two screaming children in the car. I needed a large cherry limeade to survive a Tuesday night. I don’t know which employee but one of them with a Ghandi/Mother Theresa-esque stroke of love and charity in their heart put 7 cherries and 3 limes in my cherry limeade and it was only through that incredible act of compassion that I was able to soldier on thru another crazy night with my children. Bless you sir or madam

Absolutely slowest Sonic ever. Waited over 20 min for 3 drinks. Had to hit the button at the stall multiple times to remind them I was still waiting.

Did an app order while sitting at the stall at 2:33pm for one cheeseburger and a drink. Finally received the food at 3:11pm. The order was marked as coming out by a car hop at 2:54pm. I had to buzz multiple times after 3 before I finally got the food. The burger was cold (like it was sitting in a bag for 20 minutes) and wasn’t even what I ordered, I don’t even trust eating it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
