Very slow. The place was empty. I waited for over 10 minutes. When the burger arrived, it was cold, and the fries were cold. They didn't put napkins or ketchup in the bag. I've been to other Sonic restaurants, and the service is much better.

This is my second time and I don't plan on returning.

I was barely holding it together with two screaming children in the car. I needed a large cherry limeade to survive a Tuesday night. I don’t know which employee but one of them with a Ghandi/Mother Theresa-esque stroke of love and charity in their heart put 7 cherries and 3 limes in my cherry limeade and it was only through that incredible act of compassion that I was able to soldier on thru another crazy night with my children. Bless you sir or madam
Absolutely slowest Sonic ever. Waited over 20 min for 3 drinks. Had to hit the button at the stall multiple times to remind them I was still waiting.

Did an app order while sitting at the stall at 2:33pm for one cheeseburger and a drink. Finally received the food at 3:11pm. The order was marked as coming out by a car hop at 2:54pm. I had to buzz multiple times after 3 before I finally got the food. The burger was cold (like it was sitting in a bag for 20 minutes) and wasn’t even what I ordered, I don’t even trust eating it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

So unbelievably slow, I show up way before it even starts to get busy. The screen on the stall says it's on it's way... it was not on its way. It has been well over 30 minutes and counting waiting for simply 2 pretzel twists and some tater tots.

Cheese burger was so cold it didn’t even melt the cheese slightly. Ordered a chili cheese dog with mustard ketchup and relish and didn’t get any of it and the hot dog was cold. Cherry limeade tasted like soda water with 1 shot of cherry in a 44 oz. I should have read the other reviews. Sonic is not doing anything to correct the poor store quality in any of their Lee’s Summit locations. It’s been 10 years since I visited Sonic until recently. I won’t go back.
This is the worst Sonic. We've had so many bad experiences. From having to wait 35+ minutes for drinks to getting the order wrong nearly every time to being out of something, not telling us, and then not refunding us when we asked about it. All around terrible.
Food was not good at all I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich that wasn’t even toasted looked like it came out the microwave

Drive thru. Everyone finally turn their cars off waiting in line so long. Just have the car move up and wait, don’t make everyone else wait.

Sat at the drive through waiting to order for 15 minutes, had no one bother to answer the intercom to even let me know they would take my order. Terrible service
I placed a pickup order at 10 PM last night, and it went through with no issue. I arrived about 10 minutes later to find the entire Sonic completely shut down—no lights on, no staff, no explanation. If your posted hours say you’re open until 11 PM, then you should be open until 11 PM.
I even called a different Sonic location to ask what was going on, and they told me, “Some Sonics make up their own hours. Try calling back in the morning for a refund.” I did exactly that—and no one answered.
This is unacceptable. If you have set business hours, you should honor them. Customers shouldn’t be charged for orders they can’t pick up because your store decided to close early without warning.
