This was a poor experience. I ordered through the app, checked in when I arrived, and then waited 15 whole minutes and was never acknowledged. No other customers were present, but there were 3 cars there, I assume with friends of the employees, including someone sitting in their car outside the drive through window, just chatting with one of the employees inside. I finally went through the drive through to see if they got my order. The girl giggled, brought me cold food with wrong...

I ran restaurants and probably less picky than most. ALL Sonics have slipped in food quality..hamburgers specifically. The fresh, quality meat is not same for some time so I rarely go there anymore.
