I stopped by for a late breakfast after a chiropractor appt. I was craving some French toast Stix but I knew I needed some real food too. When I pulled up I was happy to.see the screens were working. They don't at some locations
I ordered a bacon and egg toaster combo with tots and a diet coke. I added on the French toast stix for dessert.
Service was taking a little longer than usual but I could tell something wrong.
There was only one car hop serving everyone. I could hear some people in other cars yelling about the wait.
I had already tipped on the screen but when she brought out my food I gave her another dollar and commented on how busy she was. She was cool and collected when she said 2 people had called in. So one person was doing the work of 3.
My order was correct and the perfect temp. The toaster was cooked just right. I ate while I was there and threw away my trash in one of the cans on the patio.
Service is slow and my order wasn't correct. I asked for extra ice and barely got any.
I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY CHARGE ME 6 DOLLARS FOR THIS AMOUNT OF CHEESE ššTHEY SHOULD HAVE ATLEAST FILLED THEM UP AND ONE THEM WAS JUST DRY LIKE GLUE...DIDN'T CHECK TIL I GOT HOME 5MINS.....THATS A RIP OFF..$6
Was in town to do a medical trip to Luke's hospital and came here a dollar double smash burger. It was so darn juicy and the cheese was fully melted. These are like when I was a kid. Love it
Everyone is working so hard today!!! Megan was so friendly when taking my order. Some of the stalls have technical issues but the employees are incredible here!
App only works half the time if youre lucky. They upped the prices on drinks and won't honor the half price drinks even if you can prove the app is down. I never have a good experience and today was the final straw.
Love the new premium chicken bites. Yummy!
Honestly so frustrating. Waited 15 minutes for 2 soft drinks. They already cleared the order as delivered at the 5 minute mark to keep times down.
Edit: After 20 minutes of waiting I hit the button to ask what is the status of my order. One car hop came out and asked what did I order and my name. I will admit I got snippy and said you guys cleared my order as delivered so you should know. I did tell her my name and she brought out the order 30 seconds later.
1 item in order wasn't available and no refund given. Breakfast burrito was ordered with NO jalapeƱos and first bite was several of them. I took all of them out and there's an entire handful of them. They don't care here. Never again.
Didnāt get marinara sauce for 4 packs of small mozzarella sticks and this drink is suppose to be a cherry coke.

Other than one young man several months ago, all the ākidsā are always smiling. They actually make eye contact with me instead of just throwing my food at me and saying āhave nice oneā¦ā. (I always wonder a nice āwhatā? A nice death? A nice life?) Even when they are completely overwhelmed with work, they are polite and not grumpy. I go to sonics from here to Southern California. This one is by far my favorite.

Slower than molasses in dead of winter, some of us have a time limit for lunch shouldn't take 30min to get a drink and Frito wrap, ridiculous wait time for food, glad I didn't want to sit and enjoy my meal on lunch, instead get to eat it on the drive back to work. We will not be back to this location again

I have had two experiences where I have ordered ahead a large coke zero on the app and have had to wait 10 minutes for it to be delivered. If there had been other people waiting or I had ordered a full meal, the wait time would have been reasonable. But I was the only car, and I had only ordered a drink both times. I thought the first time was a fluke but then it happened again this morning, and I even had to hit the red button to let the employees know I was still there because the order went from 'in the kitchen' to the regular screen without ever saying the drink was on its way.
