Other than one young man several months ago, all the “kids” are always smiling. They actually make eye contact with me instead of just throwing my food at me and saying “have nice one…”. (I always wonder a nice ‘what’? A nice death? A nice life?) Even when they are completely overwhelmed with work, they are polite and not grumpy. I go to sonics from here to Southern California. This one is by far my favorite.

The sonic on Douglas rd has consistently had issues each time I’ve gone there. It’s always very slow, even when I’m the only person there, and items are always wrong or missing altogether. The food I do receive that’s correct has been fine, but I’d like to get my items correct and in a timely manner. I’d go to the one on Langsford but the app doesn’t work there most times.

The speakers at the stalls desperately need updated at this location. Repeated my order several times, slowed down and enunciated and the wrong thing was repeated back several times. I don't blame the order taker seeing how rusted out the speaker at our stall was. On top of that, when our order was finally put in correctly, we received our sandwich incorrectly. Ordered a chicken sandwich with mustard, tomato, and pickle and got mustard, tomato, and lettuce.
