I asked for ranch when I ordered and when food was delivered. Guess what no ranch. I called and the employee states we are training a new person. Excuses!! Do better with a simple task.

New Management and staff don't know how to make a Strawberry Limeade. All they gave us was a sprite with some strawberry seeds in it.....Wth....So unfortunate. Asked them to remake it and they gave us the same thing.
Got the new popping bubbles drink. Why do they not give you a big enough straw for the bubbles they are advertising....

I ordered a cup of ice and bag of ice and had to wait almost 30 minutes before I finally cancelled the order. The employee said they were trying to get all the orders out first and then bring my ice! Communication is key! No one wants to wait 30!minutes for ice! Also I left a $2 too on my card that I expect will be credited in my refund! Horrible management! I used to come here daily! I will never come to this location! Best of luck!
