Nice staff and got my drink out fast
Prices are too high. Otherwise, coffee and breakfast bread is delicious!

Did an online order and it was made incorrectly, I went back through the drive through and they made it incorrectly again if I’m paying for extra of ask to not have something in my drink. For $10 on one drink I’d hope it’d be correct the second time, but they just pushed me through the drive through. Won’t come back again

Very good menu but everything seems to be gold coffee these days. I'm not a fan of cold coffee so I wish they focus on be items that are hot

Make sure your mic is off, if you’re going to talk bad about someone in the drive through.
Went through and ordered a cup of ice, when I was quickly cut off and told that I couldn’t just get a cup of ice and had to order something else. Which I understood that and I had already planned on ordering something else. After I finished ordering I wanted to clarify that what I ordered worked so I could still get my ice. After they told me to pull up and I heard them say “not her trying to gaslight you” just wanted to share my experience because I thought it was a little rude but maybe she was just having a bad day, either way try to make sure your mic is muted next time.

I would give it a zero if possible. This store in particular has awful customer service and the staff frequently gets the order wrong. I normally get a drink 1-2 times a week. My drink is wrong about 50% of the time. I picked up 5 drinks to bring to work and 2 of the 5 were made wrong. Today my husband waited for 30 minutes for a drink that I placed as a mobile order. The manger said “well the drink was made in 5 minutes and I have been here this morning and I didn’t notice that there was any problems.” While that’s great the staff apparently couldn’t find the drink. So frustrating for such an expensive coffee. On top of that it tastes burnt and sour. Not worth the money.
The barista Joey was super nice and remade my drink and was super polite to me.

This one rips you off! Out of almost everything food wise and they filled one of the drinks 2/3rds of the way full.
The cashier was obviously not happy to be at work very bothered by having to take an order. The guy who made my cold brew when I asked him to put ice in it said “ice” with a look on his face and simply walked away. The drive thru guy had to stop what he was doing and accommodate my request for ice in a cold brew who would have thought that to be a strange request. This location is by far the rudest store I visit. Absolutely no customer service skills!!!!
Received a message from “owner” to contact on contact page: took more time out of my day to do this! Complete waste of time. Transferred to three different people on hold for 40 mins just for the last person to say “so sorry about your experience and” then they hung up!!!! Complete customer service disaster today. Starbucks is completely failing in how they treat their loyal customers. I visit a store at least once if not twice a day. I guess it’s time to shop for a new coffee spot.
