The Starbucks on Douglas is by far the best one in town. The drinks always taste better here and the food is always hot all of the way through (as opposed to others that sometimes hide you partially still frozen in the middle sandwiches or wraps...). I rarely miss a chance to get something here if I am on that side of town.

This Starbucks is great! I like going to this location because almost everyone is nice and friendly!Although one day I went, there was from what I could hear a small mistake a barista made and what I think was the manager named Sky or Skylar (?) threatened to fire the employee on the spot.Then there was another day when another manager asked a barista to do something and she refused and gave the manager attitude, it was Emily or Emma?These are the only 2 incidents I saw but other then that this location is really good!

By far the best and most friendliest and inviting store. Every employee is nice, everyone speaks and wishes you a great day when heading out. Customer service is top knotch and appreciated.

I was in the store 12/21/23 around 3:30 pm. Now this is not about me, my service was EXCELLENT!!!. But I wanted to mention a moment that I felt the baristas could have exemplified superior customer service. There was a older couple ordering frozen coffee drinks. The woman ordered a large. Mind you the store was mostly empty, and this small act of kindness would have gone a long way. It was apparent from my listening ears that they were not custom to the Starbuck lingo (tall, Grande, Venti) She ordered 2 large drinks. It would have taken the person an extra 30 seconds to explain the difference in sizes. However, that was not done. When their order was ready, she was visibly and verbally (not rude) upset. The order makers were not as understanding as I feel they should have been. One barista stepped back and asked the other if she could remake their drinks and she shook her head no. The women kept saying "I ordered a large" and I just felt that this was a time that they could have explained to her the lingo and remade the drinks. Instead, they sat and drank their drinks upset. Later another lady went to them and explained the lingo to them, they were still upset but understood that this was just a lingo error. I just wished that the baristas would have done the same. Lastly, a misunderstanding with the older population of people happens and it would have been a greater experience if they had taken a moment to make that couples day.

They give off racist vibes literally every time I come in I’m never acknowledged. It took them literally 6 to 7 minutes for them to say anything to me today. They all kept looking no one spoke until I asked for my order.This happens every single time I go into this specific store. Won’t be going back ever again. So unprofessional if I could’ve given them 0 I would’ve.

This is the worst Starbucks ever for the last 2 months I’ve been door dashing here the manager HOLLY is very rude and disrespectful to MINORITIES it’s very sad that racism still exists and it is happening at this location every time I go in for an order she nor the coworker never acknowledge me I literally stand there for 2 to 3 minutes and then that’s when I take action to ask for my order this is something that has been going on for too long CORPORATE needs to step in ASAP and she and a few others need to be FIRED it’s very sad how they treat people when they come into this business none of them never acknowledge certain customers I know for a FACT that I’m not the only one and I’m pretty sure I won’t be the last she will treat like this very UNPROFESSIONAL

Changed their oat milk to a gross brand… it also makes it where they accidentally use almond milk because their cartons look so similar…Go to the one off 291 if you have milk allergies or prefer oat milk.Otherwise a good store with friendly staff.

Rude service. Came in the morning got 1 coffee and the woman at the window handed me my drink and slammed the window in my face before I could ask for a straw. I’m never rude to service because I manage a fast food restaurant, maybe she just had a bad day.
