22 minutes for a coffee is ridiculous. This location definitely prioritizes the drive through as I was watching all drinks go to the drive through as car after car was served. Yet those of us standing in the store waited and waited and waited while all the drinks were going to
The drive through. From the time I ordered a single drink to when I got it was 22 minutes.

Rowen has the most absolutely FANTASTIC customer service! I am so grateful that I came to this location! It's a gloomy looking day outside......and she most definitely brought the sunshine!!! Thank you so much!

baristas here are super rude every time- would love to see some improvement with customer service skills
I’ve never complained to them or had a problem and yet every time I pick up my order i get a stinky comment from a barista and at this point, i’m gonna go out of my way to go to the other starbucks on 291 where they’re always incredible.
pretty disappointed today that they intentionally made my drink disgusting (let the shots die and didn’t add the correct amount of syrups)
also; if you want ten minutes to make one drink, please adjust your app time to say ten minutes instead of 5! there was no one in line in front or behind me and yall had more time to make it than if i har just pulled up! disrespectful honestly

I just placed a 25 Dollar online order for me and my sister. I paid extra for caramel on my sisters drink. There was no caramel. I got a Frappuccino myself and like every other time I get a Frappuccino here it’s never blended with enough ice and by the time I’m home, it’s a regular iced coffee. I would say this Starbucks has pretty bad issues, especially with making consistent drinks. unacceptable.

Every time I go to this Starbucks there is some problem. The last two visits, I wanted a peppermint mocha but they didn't have the peppermint syrup... in December for crying out loud!

On another occasion I ordered online for drive-thru pickup and followed the instructions on app to go the window and tell the barista my name on the order. They had to walk off somewhere else to get the drink, then gave me sass about how I should use the call box next time - the amount of attitude in the delivery approximately equal to the amount of peppermint syrup I would have liked earlier this month!

I’ve gone to this starbucks since it opened and never had this issue. Today one of their employees that i’ve never seen before decided to tip themselves before I pulled up to the window thinking I wouldn’t notice. I almost always tip at this store but it was extremely disrespectful and illegal to hit the tip button without even asking me. I know what the price of my drink always is, they told me it would be $7 and when I pull up to the window I notice she hit the tip button herself and chose to give herself a tip. They always ask me at the window if I would like to tip, this time they didn’t, and my drink was $1 more. I know it’s just $1 but it’s the fact she chose to take my money without asking and without letting me pick. I went inside to ask them and 2 of the employees were apologetic, except the one who tipped herself, she never once said sorry.

Me & my sister both have our own rewards accounts with Starbucks, So we decided to do 2 separate orders, My sister was under the impression that she could get a grilled cheese with her 200 points, Once we got to the window, The employee with red hair that was at the window this afternoon (around 1:30pm) without even greeting us immediately told us that we ā€œdid not have to do 2 separate orders and that we could have just did oneā€ Me & my sister were both thrown off by the comment & explained to her that we did that for a reason so that my sister could redeem her points and so that I could get points for my order. She then told my sister that the grilled cheese was a lunch item and that it was 300 points instead of 200. We were like okay thats fine no big deal, So my sister asked if she could instead get a breakfast sandwich so that she would still be able to redeem her points (keep in mind you get a point for every $1 you spend) so my sister who has spent $200 at this company & is a loyal customer is requesting to replace the grilled cheese with one of the breakfast items, should be a simple fix right? Not to the girl at the window who told her that she could not do that because ā€œit was already being madeā€ to which I replied ā€œthat makes no senseā€ & to which my sister replied ā€œSo are you saying I have to pay the differenceā€ and she said ā€œYou’re going to have to pay for itā€, She was very passive aggressive and demanding. My sister just ending up canceling her order leaving upset at her treatment at this location. The girl at the window was not friendly and her customer service was horrible. We will not be visiting this Starbucks ever again after tonight. She also didn’t give us the water we asked for and my sisters frappe was made with whole milk instead of the soy milk she requested. I don’t understand how something as simple as changing a sandwich can’t be accomplished here. I could understand if there was a long line or a rush, but we were the only people in line at the time. Her overall attitude was poor and I hope they replace her at the window with someone who actually knows and understands customer service.

Today, my sister and I placed separate orders so we could each scan our points and redeem rewards. When we reached the window, the associate with red hair commented, ā€˜You didn’t have to do two separate orders for the free item.’ I explained that we did separate orders so we could both use our points, though I felt it was unnecessary to have to explain this. She wasn’t very friendly at all.

When she scanned my points, I realized I needed 300 points instead of 200 for the item I wanted, so I tried to switch to a different breakfast item. She then told me, ā€˜It’s already cooking, so I can’t do that,’ and said I would have to pay for it. This seemed odd, as the transaction hadn’t been finalized and it felt like a simple adjustment. From past experiences most Starbucks Ive visited were more willing to help you make a quick adjustment like that.

I ended up just asking her to remove the item, but in hindsight, I wish I had canceled the entire order, as the customer service felt uncomfortable. As for my drink that was placed under my sisters order, I requested soy milk and I received dairy milk!I would have preferred to take my business to a different Starbucks.

Recently received a drink with a very obvious shortage. Several ounces deficient. There’s a difference in leaving room for foam/whipped cream- this wasn’t applicable.

Drinks were great, people were nice, and I liked that it had some space in there to sit and enjoy a conversation. Didn't feel cramped.
