It imposes a A relatively high cost on customers Do then decide that you're not serving mainstay menu items. I arrived at this Starbucks 13 minutes before they close and they stopped brewing what I wanted and expected. A common practice among coffee shops, I admit, but absolutely inexcusable it's so rude! It's inconsiderate. the employee'sdesire to get out of the store and close earlier than they're supposed to trumps the customers reasonable expectation and applied contract to be able to buy menu items until the store closes. Maybe they're being being manipulated and lied to by management, and they're in a bad mood. Maybe the responsibilities ultimately management. But it still means that Starbucks as an organization is failing.

I love getting my apple brown sugar blonde latte 5 extra shots no apple brown sugar 2 scoops of java chip light oat milk light soymilk light coconut milk light almond milk extra whole milk no foam extra hot Carmel drizzle mocha drizzle apple drizzle cinnamon powder cinnamon dolce powder brown butter topping no whip extra (and I mean extra) vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Everyone there is so nice they don't even mind when I watch them make the drinks I love it here.

Well Starbucks is not the place to get hot chocolate! Bought one for 1.50 at QT before work and was craving another so figured I’d try it out but it’s watered down like a mug and was triple the price.

Very nice place!! Atmosphere is amazing. Employees were amazing and helpful. Nice quiet place for a quick lunch. Visited a dear friend in the apartments there at JKV.

I had arrived in an unpleasant mood, but they greeted and welcomed me. I felt very greeted and welcomed. I had ordered a grande black and white mocha ten pumps each, quad shot, with coconut milk steamed to exactly 190 degrees topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle… The baristas crafted my drink to perfection I have never been so satisfied with my drink. The chocolaty goodness with the slight bitterness of the espresso and the sweet sweet whipped cream danced around my taste buds like a waltz with a lover. I felt fulfilled once I had completed my beverage. Coming to this store is like coming home.

I come here a lot as I work right down the street, and somehow every time my order gets messed up. I’ve gotten 100% ice when asking for no ice, they don’t always give you an extra shot of espresso, yet charge for it, and I have gotten regular milk when asking and paying for oatmilk. This is just a few examples of the many times my order has been wrong. It is extremely frustrating as I am lactose intolerant and when you pay for something and they continuously mess it up. Won’t be going back to this Starbucks.
