Went today 1 employee cleaning the floor and the other one taking orders. No other customers took 30 mins to get 1 drink and two pumpkin loaf. The girl cleaning the floor prepared our pumpkin loaf. Didn’t wash her hands. Didn’t wear clothes and very rude when you only prepared 2 pumpkin loaf instead of two

wont go back to this location because of the drive thru workers. theyre always rude and have a damn attitude for what? its YOUR JOB! get a different one if you arent capable of simple customer service skills. been going here for years and never had this issue till that girl with pink/red hair & piercings started working drive thru. she sucks at her job & should be embarrassed, it isnt hard to be friendly with a smile on your face. do better

had to come here to get my drink re made from the starbucks on 150.. the ladies here are incredible! re made it, no questions asked and were apologetic for the other baristas. wonderful thank you for making my day better!

I’m not one to leave reviews but I believe the drink quality has gone down. I have ordered here for many years and the strawberry açaí refresher was always a bright pink. I went in to order one and a pink drink the refresher tasted and looked as if it was just water the dried strawberries. The drinks tasted like plain water for $12 nothing like they used to be.

I don't know her name but in my heart I refer to her as Zoe Starblaster. She deserves to be worshiped... or given a raise. Either way, long live the coolest girl thats ever lived.

App receipt clearly says my mobile order was placed here and the lady argued with me so I said I'll pull up and show it to you. She still tried to argue. Order said it was ready via notification in the app and I STILL waited til 1:31 for drinks that were wrong!
