I’m not one to leave reviews but I believe the drink quality has gone down. I have ordered here for many years and the strawberry açaí refresher was always a bright pink. I went in to order one and a pink drink the refresher tasted and looked as if it was just water the dried strawberries. The drinks tasted like plain water for $12 nothing like they used to be.

I don't know her name but in my heart I refer to her as Zoe Starblaster. She deserves to be worshiped... or given a raise. Either way, long live the coolest girl thats ever lived.

App receipt clearly says my mobile order was placed here and the lady argued with me so I said I'll pull up and show it to you. She still tried to argue. Order said it was ready via notification in the app and I STILL waited til 1:31 for drinks that were wrong!

The staff at this location is extremely friendly. They get to know their regular customers. The store is always clean and well stocked. They take feedback well when an item isn't up to par and will remake it to ensure you get what you expected. Thank you for making each visit very enjoyable!

Got a breakfast burrito and over half of it has nothing inside…….
Went to drive through received coffee, they didn’t give me my order they gave me someone else’s order, went back and they got upset that we wanted what we ordered, gave them back their wrong coffee and they gave us back a coffee with Carmel all over the outside of the cup and no sleeve. Worst customer service!

I was having a very awful morning, My partner had been sick and I woke up stressed and all I wanted was a White Chocolate drink. I went through the drive through and got home and checked my drink as it was hot and not what I ordered. I raced back in my car very upset and frustrated. When I got to the counter Barista Allie was very kind and helpful despite I know I walked in with a bad attitude. When I left I apologized and the whole staff was wishing me a good day and smiles. Just that kindness helped my day become a little bit better from the whole team. Amazing customer service and kindness all around here.

I probably won't be back to this location again. This morning I ordered a Macha Creme Frapaccino and it tasted like bitter coffee and was much darker than normal. I don't like coffee particularly and when I explained what it tasted like to the barista who took my order, she turned to the woman who made my drink and asked her and she scowled and told me she put matcha powder in it. When I explained that it was awful she just shrugged, said she made it the right way and turned away. There was no offer made to remake my drink. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. I ended up pouring my drink out and going to another Starbucks in town. It was a pricey lesson.
