This Starbucks needs some serious re-training. I now refuse to go to this location. The staff is kind but it doesn’t make up for the poorly made drinks. One thing I can always count on at this location is a terrible, overpriced coffee/latte. Please do better or at least try.

I know this won’t matter to many people. But if you want to sit in for a coffee don’t go here. It takes forever to get a simple coffee because they prioritise drive thru and to go drinks. So you end up waiting 10 or more minutes for a single caffe latte. Starbucks in general have lost the plot, but this one in particular should only be a drive thru. Customers in the store are treated like 3rd class citizens. Avoid.

Came here for the half off drink from 12-6, and if it's visible from the picture, I don't know if anyone can tell how half empty this latte is? The barista remade it when I brought it to her attention, but didn't seem to be "thrilled" to remake the half empty latte. No communication , just looked at me, and with the most contempt and robotic motion began to remake it. If it wasn't half off time, I would have assumed the gimmick was half off/ half drinks. This is one reason I would never go through the drive thru. When she left it on the counter, she didn't even say something such as, "hope this one is better". Anyhow, it was appropriately fuller. This isn't the first time my drink isn't very full, last time wasn't as bad and I just took it home and didn't say anything, but when you are paying $5.37 for a latte it should be full for that price. Which is interesting to note because when I realized it was made short, I realized that I paid full price, and brought it to the attention of the person who rung it up, who (guess what?) happened to be the manager, who should have caught this. This location has been going down for a while, which is unfortunate because it's the only Starbucks that stays open until 8:30. There have been a few times I have been here around 6 O'clock and seen a few boxes that block some of the pathway to the bathroom and counter. Very sloppy and hazardous for a place of business.Additionally, while sitting inside the coffee shop, I heard a few baristas carryon inappropriately, and one of them (not the one who remade my latte) said out loud, "well you can be rude to customers, but you have to be careful or you can be fired". All of this spoken in earshot of the manager. Really graceful. I saw one customer, who was reading, get up and leave. Can't imagine why he did so?

My latte was messed up yesterday. There was no coffee in it just hot milk and by the time I realize the store was already closed. So I came by tonight on my way to work and let them know what happened and they remade my drink without issue. I appreciate that because I paid cash and didn't have a receipt but I did have a time stamped photo and they didn't even care to see and make sure. Friendly AF.

This is my favorite Starbucks! They always know when me and my dog are in the drive through and have the cutest pupcups ready for him ❤️ they're super sweet and friendly and my coffee is always made how I like it.
