I got my usual drink here and it has never tasted like this at any starbucks i’ve been to. It tasted like chemicals and I felt sick for days after, ended up throwing away the whole drink.

The staff, wonderful and fast. The management, lackluster. You're supposed to have Avocado Spread and Siracha for your breakfast items, it's disappointing you do not take the time to order them. I hope to see them next time I'm here, as it will be often. Do your job.

This location is always out of everything! Out of mocha, out of chocolate croissants, out of reindeer cake pops, out of snowman cookies, out of peach syrup for peach tea, out of all cake pops! But you can go across the parking lot to the location in Price Chopper and they have these items. The drive through at this location is convenient but the lack of frequently ordered items being out of stock is super frustrating. I have talked to many people in my area that have had the same experience at this location. One a different note, the workers are fantastic!

The only complaint is when the worker pick her ear and did not wash hands. Next, handing food that she about to count or inventory for next day. Than just complaining ? and does not know I can hear her. I never seen this women in this Starbucks. She must be new or manager coming in to count but that was gross watching her pick her ear walking in . Lucky she didnt handle my food or drink because she was counting items for next day . Its sad how Starbucks throw away all food because your paying price of a full meal for a drink and food , yet you don't know if the worker cleans there hands before touching food. I watch first hand that they don't. During covid-19 that last thing you want to see. Therefore, im going to my normal starbucks who always have same workers I can trust .
Disregard for masking/public health concerns. When asked why they weren’t enforcing the posted mask requirement, I was informed that “we aren’t the police”. While this is true, this a cop-out answer by people or peoples who don’t want to do the fight required to be an effective community leader. This is shameful.

Very convenient, fast, easy and a great addition to the Price Chopper store.

Been here a couple of times and the quality is hit or miss. 2 of the 5 times I have been here the times the coffee has tasted more like water than coffee, even confirmed by my girlfriend who *hates* the taste of coffee. This is probably because the staff is inexperienced and young as it is a newer addition. If you are going to go here make sure that Josh or one of the older employees is making it since, in my experience, they make it as it should be. Regardless, this is a great thing to have on the south side of town, and barring a few employees the location is excellent.
