This location is always out of everything! Out of mocha, out of chocolate croissants, out of reindeer cake pops, out of snowman cookies, out of peach syrup for peach tea, out of all cake pops! But you can go across the parking lot to the location in Price Chopper and they have these items. The drive through at this location is convenient but the lack of frequently ordered items being out of stock is super frustrating. I have talked to many people in my area that have had the same experience at this location. One a different note, the workers are fantastic!

The only complaint is when the worker pick her ear and did not wash hands. Next, handing food that she about to count or inventory for next day. Than just complaining ? and does not know I can hear her. I never seen this women in this Starbucks. She must be new or manager coming in to count but that was gross watching her pick her ear walking in . Lucky she didnt handle my food or drink because she was counting items for next day . Its sad how Starbucks throw away all food because your paying price of a full meal for a drink and food , yet you don't know if the worker cleans there hands before touching food. I watch first hand that they don't. During covid-19 that last thing you want to see. Therefore, im going to my normal starbucks who always have same workers I can trust .

This Starbucks has very poor management. The employees are super nice and go out of their way to make drinks. The management at this Starbucks and price chopper as a whole is poor. I've heard and witnessed complaints about this Starbucks management. For future reference, I hope that the management can improve.

I'm a very frequent Starbucks customer and this Starbucks in Price Chopper makes me not want it anymore. The workers there are unsanitary. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes while the employees threw cups at eachother. The girl making my drink kept running her fingers through her hair and pulling her uniform over her head while trying to make the 3 beverages. By the time I got my drink it wasn't worth it to tell them it wasn't right. I love my Starbucks so this was really sad.

Been here a couple of times and the quality is hit or miss. 2 of the 5 times I have been here the times the coffee has tasted more like water than coffee, even confirmed by my girlfriend who *hates* the taste of coffee. This is probably because the staff is inexperienced and young as it is a newer addition. If you are going to go here make sure that Josh or one of the older employees is making it since, in my experience, they make it as it should be. Regardless, this is a great thing to have on the south side of town, and barring a few employees the location is excellent.
