I walked into this store location at 5:45 a.m. — the only customer in sight. I ordered a cortado to enjoy in the store before walking home with my Grande coffee. A ten-dollar experience, tip included.

I took a seat, settled in, and started my morning scroll on my iPhone. Fifteen minutes later, I got up and asked if my coffee was ready. The server, without a hint of apology, simply motioned toward the mobile pickup area.

No one else was in the store. Too early for the drive-through rush. No chaos. Just… silence — and indifference.

How much lower do I have to set my expectations to be satisfied?

Customer service at this location is horrible. I mobile ordered a crème Frappuccino and received a coffee-based one instead. When I went back inside to have it fixed, the barista “Taffy” looked at me and said, “give me 2 seconds,” as if he already knew it was wrong. After finishing what he was doing, I explained my drink was incorrect. He peeled off the sticker, pushed the wrong drink back at me, pointed to the trash, and said, “there’s a trash can right there, you can throw it away.” This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I don’t need princess treatment but I’ve never had a barista make me throw my own drink away that they messed up. Feels extremely dismissive.

Came here on Sunday 9.14. Went inside to order. No one greeted me and when I got to the counter they shrug me off and said we'll be right there. 5 min later they finally took my order. I ordered 1 drink sat there for 20 min while multiple mobile orders came through. 10 people with mobile orders were sitting there with me for the last 10 min waiting. After 20 min I ended up asking for a refund and left. One of the male employees was complaining about how he wouldnt get to eat and his breakfast was now cold because they were too busy. Horrible customer service and I will not be returning. You should learn a thing or 2 from 7brew or chick fil a.

Came here to get an iced matcha latte and two pup cups - I had to throw the drink away after a few sips. I watched the barista make my drink and not sure what happened but she kept looking back at me to see if I was watching which I thought was odd. I normally come here and get the same thing every time but I could not drink it this day. Very weird behavior and idk if I want to go back which sucks because this is my go to Starbucks. I have been drinking the matcha since the new recipe change and never had issues up to this point.

It’s a Starbucks. The drinks are fine, they’re the same everywhere. They’re consistent. The service at this location is terrible, unless you’re in the drive-through. I’ve literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes with multiple service people walking around and no one even says a word to me. And for most of the employees that they still have, they are very unfriendly. The customer service at this location has declined dramatically over the last two years.

Amendment- the service and specifically friendliness of this location has improved a bit. However, they still have a couple of employees that consistently are unfriendly and seem to be bothered that they have to serve you coffee. The short girl with the green hair is especially unfriendly. Never says hello. Just “what can I get you”
with complete apathy if you’re lucky, but more typically disdain.

The other day I had a situation and the answer I received from my question was to WALK through the drive through. Upon going through the drive through the barista at the window proceeded to try and scold me like a child even when I told her that I was directed to go through the drive through. The issue is at this store-especially in the mornings the baristas are always rude, impolite, unprofessional and overall unhappy it seems. I hate to use the saying because I’m in customer service myself but if you do not want to be there, quite literally don’t go.

I live behind this store which is the only reason I keep giving them chances, BUT I prefer to walk the extra steps and go to the Starbucks inside of Target across the street instead and I would recommend others to do the same. They even have the drive up feature for the Starbucks at Target as well!

This morning I went in and ordered an ice caramel macchiato, I didn’t realize Starbucks served diabetes in a cup or served lattes as macchiatos. When I asked the window if they could fix it they offered a stirrer. First and foremost if I wanted just caramel I would’ve asked for something different.

It’d be nice if someone made contact or a simple hello as to someone walking in. I went in for a uber, a gent male was waiting for his for a while so I sat down waiting for mine as well. Other Starbucks regardless of how busy they are welcome guest. Instead, long faces were made and no eye contact. After a long time I stood up and made sure they had that order. Lady says “yeah you’re supposed to come up and tell us”. Yes well next time I hope a lot of you do a better job at having a better appearance in the face and make eye contact with customer. Not to mention I came in with smiles yet none of the workers smiled back. Or bothered looking.

Was here today April 5th 2025 around 6:30 pm. Lindsey (hope I spell her name right) is so awesome! She got our drinks right! She is knowledgeable on her drinks and recommends other products in the store. She treats us with kindness and respect. She’s a great addition to this store and we just love her!

The baristas at this Starbucks are incredibly rude and discriminatory. Every time a white customer walks in, they get a warm welcome, but if you’re Black or look foreign, you’re completely ignored. I’ve been a regular at this location since it’s close to where I live, but the consistent racist behavior from the staff has made it clear I won’t be coming back. If a manager contacts me, I’m glad to provide their names.

Usually a good spot for coffee, but today I ordered a venti and it feels like I got a grande instead. My cup has a line that measures 20 oz and even with the whip cream didn't reached the 20 oz line 😔.

I paid $9 for a drink and it has nothing of what I ordered besides a splash of almond milk. Initially I waited 15 minutes for my drink and it wasnt made and I continuously came up to check for mine.. I sat down and checked for drinks sat down on the counter and didn’t see mine.. I went up 30-40 minutes later to ask and she said she just dumped it with an Attitude because its been sitting for a while…? Although I clearly saw no new drinks for a period. Not only was my “new drink” overpriced because I got NOTHING that I asked for in it, it was poor atmosphere and attitude, i was starting to like the convenience of starbucks but I value giving my money to spots that actually care.
