I assume it depends on the people, but the service wasn't bad, they didn't mess up my sandwich, and I have no complaints. Sure, they aren't super nice and welcoming, but that didn't really matter to me. I wouldn't be ecstatic working at Subway either.

I went to this location at about 2:00. When I walked in, I said good morning and got an ugly frown in return. The lady interrupted me with rude remarks multiple times and began to mess up the order. After trying to clarify which sandwich needed what, she got mad at me. I ended up walking out and going to the Subway on Market Street where the workers were much more timely, kind, and accurate. Many other people who I have talked to have poor stories about this location, and they’re right. I am NEVER eating at this location again.

I had a really bad experience coming here today 10.10.2024 two ladies working . I had a door dash order none of them bothered to ask or to give me an estimate of wait for the pickup order . When I asked for the order I was rudely attended by one of the ladies . She didn’t even apologize for the wait . When she gave me the order she didn’t even gave me the drink that came in the order .

Worst customer service I have ever received. After getting home and seeing that my "Philly Cheese Steak Sub" was not toasted and only had meat on it I called. After the first call I was told by the employee that it was my fault and was hung up on. I called back and the call wasn't answered. I called back on a land line. I got the same rude young lady. She refused to give me her name or her manager's name and hung up again after telling me,"Don't ever show your face in here again." Needless to say I will not go back. Sadly the sandwich was for my elderly mother. Shame on that employee. I have also sent a complaint to corporate!

Horrible service even for subway. Went in 15 minutes before close, did not want to serve me or another customer who came in because they closed soon, couldn’t toast our sandwiches because everything was turned off. If you’re not serving customers, you should be closed then. One girl was EXTREMELY rude, sounded like her name was Madeline? She shouldn’t be in service if she’s incapable.

Sorry, I gave subway another chance. Sandwich was made wrong, I was given the wrong instructions for a new sandwich/refund. It’s too bad they don’t want to take accountability and correct their error.
Even for Subway this is exceptionally bad. The lady behind the counter seethes with anger and annoyance. I can tell shes thinking, "prison was better than this". Its more than a little unsettling,

This subway is far from good. The service is non existent and rude. I've worked at a subway before, we charge 0.40 for a large water since we're only charging for the cup. Lady tried to charge 3.49 for a large soda and refused to listen when i tried to correct her for a water.Also their churros should be pre thawed, not still frozen in the middle of the day.
