We ordered 5 footlongs on Artisan Italian, and 4 chocolate chip cookies for pickup order for my daughter's 10th birthday dinner. She loves Subway and that's what she chose. Husband picks up the food and doesn't see anyone working there and the lights were off. It's 730 and they close at 9. He gets the food home and 4 of the sandwiches are on Italian Herb and cheese. 3 of the sandwiches were for kiddos who were less than thrilled. It wasn't just that the bread wasn't what we ordered, it was hard. Like they made it that morning and it had been sitting there all day. We opened up the cookies to find raisin and everything but the chocolate chip we ordered. My number was on the order and wish we would've been called about the changes or told at pickup. We tried calling the store back before driving over there and wasting our time. I've called 4 times and can't get anyone to answer. I found that Subway doesn't have a customer service phone number, you have to send a message. I had to send two messages to get a response and was told I have to bring product back for refund but we can send a couple coupons. Don't waste your time!

Placed an online order tonight an hour before close and I arrived when it said it was ready on the app. The girl working told me she hadn’t started on my two sandwiches as she had no bread baked and could cancel my order or use flatbread. I asked her why they had no bread baked if they’re open for another hour and she said she was busy and didn’t prep it. I would recommend a different location as I’ve never had this experience before.

Mobile order ready on time and correct. Clean facility inside and out. Only thing I would change is to add curbside pickup, as the block is not very handicap accessible.

Ordered through the app and sent my son to pick up. They gave us a six inch sub instead of the footlong we paid for. The problem is I can’t call them as the line has been busy for the past hour even though they are open. Food we did get was decent but with the prices as high as they are now I don’t relish paying for something I didn’t receive

i use this subway often. like multiple times a week in the summer. the food is always good but there is like a 50/50 chance of getting good service and waiting for half an hour for a sandwich i ordered online. they are also always out of turkey and cookies lately. i am currently waiting 15 minutes after my food said it would be ready on the app, the employees have talked to me and know what order im waiting on and they are still not starting my order. i understand every once and awhile it gets busy and other customers need their attention but this is a consistent problem. one time i waited for 30 minutes for the employees to work through a never ending line before looking at the online orders.

Thought it would be a great lunch for me and the boys, so we walked right in no hesitation. First thing we saw was an employee dancing to music with her AirPods in while she's in her purple pajamas. Little did we know that was the sign that we should've aborted the building before we spent our money. I went up to order my food and I realized that none of the employees had hairnets on which really made me uncomfortable. The employee that made my sandwich had long curly hair which made it more obvious that he didn't have a hairnet on nor did he care. After Tarzan finished making my sandwich, the total came out to be $10 which was ok. The sandwich was absolutely horrendous with the chicken tasting like rubber and the quality of how the sandwich was made was completely off. Highly recommend NOT going here.
