Did TB change their breakfast hours? Disappointed to say the least. I wanted to meal after working all night, and TB wasn’t the best decision. Don’t know why they’re taking breakfast orders right now at 10am if they don’t have breakfast.
Also, doordash called to figure out the problem and this place didn’t even answer. All in all thanks for saving me $19.37.

The Crunchwrap cost $6.50 and did not have 2 ounces of meat. All lettuce. Horrible. The person who took my order and money never smiled or greeted me. Won’t be back!

I was really impressed with the Taco Bell in Lee’s Summit. My food came out hot and fresh, and you could tell it was made with care. The restaurant itself was spotless—not just the dining area but also the restrooms, and even behind the counter and prep area looked very clean and organized. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Zeke and asked if I needed any help. The employees were friendly, personable, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

The place isn’t open when the schedule says it’s supposed to be open. I’m trying to get breakfast before class and it’s 10:15 and all of the doors are still locked and no one‘s answering at the drive-through. I’m pretty sure I saw two workers come in to open 15 minutes after the original opening time.

If somebody can't take our order of the five guys on my crew that I brought with me we will not be back. Also saw an older gentleman walk-in went to the counter for a while then started trying to use the kiosk and then walked out people do not want to put their own order in we do not work at Taco Bell

Haven’t had a good experience in the past but was craving my some Taco Bell so we ordered tonight and everything was great!!! Ordered online and gave my name at drive thru. Everything was correct in my order and tasted fresh! Glad to see things turning around for this Taco Bell!!

So this is about one item specifically from an Uber delivery I had recently, since ubers rating system is an all or nothing based review system so they can substantiate a refund not (which is fine) i am left with google to leave awareness.
They pulled a Chipotle on me and radically reduced the portion size. I'm shocked because they're usually pretty good about giving me what I ordered. So buyer beware if you order an extra grilled cheese burrito order it on site and look at it before you leave.
I order from this taco bell an when I went to widow to pay for my order i ask to add on to my order an the NOT so nice management said NO I'm letting you add on if you want something else GO BACK THREW drive threw an order an didn't even give me my receipt on top of it. He handed me my order an closed the window In my face..

Waited in an empty lobby like 10 min for my counter ordered food, watched maybe 10 to 15 drive thru orders come thru. The lady before me left mad because order wasn't fulfilled...I almost got in my car and drove thru drive thru for my order
