Haven’t had a good experience in the past but was craving my some Taco Bell so we ordered tonight and everything was great!!! Ordered online and gave my name at drive thru. Everything was correct in my order and tasted fresh! Glad to see things turning around for this Taco Bell!!

So this is about one item specifically from an Uber delivery I had recently, since ubers rating system is an all or nothing based review system so they can substantiate a refund not (which is fine) i am left with google to leave awareness.
They pulled a Chipotle on me and radically reduced the portion size. I'm shocked because they're usually pretty good about giving me what I ordered. So buyer beware if you order an extra grilled cheese burrito order it on site and look at it before you leave.

Waited in an empty lobby like 10 min for my counter ordered food, watched maybe 10 to 15 drive thru orders come thru. The lady before me left mad because order wasn't fulfilled...I almost got in my car and drove thru drive thru for my order
9/18/24 11:55 came through drive through and the young lady cashier was just unfriendly and unpleasant. Burritos weren’t made well either. Can’t stand when they put the beans on one end and the rice on the other.

This is the second time IN A ROW my husband and I have come here and they completely jacked up our order. Today we used the app and had the food delivered since we were not out and about. Instead of my fiesta potatoes and my beefy five layer burrito i got one bean and rice burrito. the food is not even that good in the first place but to mess it up?! I called the store and their manager told me that we have to come there to get what was incorrect. we door-dashed, so no I'm not going there because their employees cant get a single order right! She then proceeded to tell me to reach out to door-dash to refund part of the order, so now i have to do that along with NOT getting my correct order so no food for me!! As someone who has worked in fast food for literal years as a teen, it's not that hard to make one order correct. Next time, don't get a pregnant woman's order incorrect! This is beyond ridiculous!!!!

-Abysmal Service. Ordered online on 8/26/24 wanting a quick meal while I work. The gentleman at the speaker was fine but quiet. The gentleman at the window said nothing. The woman who handed me my food rudely said “Here you go.” And that’s it. I am a manager for a QSR and know how service should be. This wasn’t it whatsoever. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell but this was a very poor experience even for Taco Bell. -Old food. I can tell I was given beyond old potatoes in my potato bowl and my potato taco. They were so hard I couldn’t bite into them properly. I had to throw away and waste many little potatoes as I couldn’t eat them. Complete waste of my money if I cannot even get mediocre food. The only positive to my meal was the cinnamon twists and the meat in my crunch taco being fresh. -Fast time. The time it took to get my food was perfectly acceptable and quick. I have no criticisms there. -Overall, clearly misguided employees who are lackadaisical and need direction, and a class or two on customer service. I hope this Taco Bell can improve in the future, as I enjoy the companies food, but did not enjoy my experience whatsoever.
