The entire drive thru experience took about 20 minutes when I was the only car in line. Firstly I do wanna say that my food was good, it was the service that was bad and the employees didn’t seem to know their own policies. I ordered the new refresca freeze in a size large but the employee gave me a small. Since I was charged for a large I asked for the large but she told me that because it’s a new flavor she can’t give me a large. She then said that her manager got upset with her for giving another customer a large previously. But my question is why are they charging people for a large when they are only giving people smalls? I’ve never had a problem with getting a large freeze before so I was super confused. I do think these employees were new and we’re just misinformed but the management should know that they need better training and not charging customers incorrectly.

We waited in line for almost 20 minutes. Got there at about 12:40, and as we got up to the order window. The person working said, I'm so sorry. The person in front of you was the last order of the night we close at 1 PM. It was 1257, absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. There was multiple cars behind me that had also been waiting for 20 plus minutes. One of the employees could have came out and told us that they were closing and/or we were not going to be able to order.

They seemed to be on a skeleton crew yet the kids working seemed to be in good spirits despite being busy. They asked basic questions to make sure I got the right food, and the food was hot and fresh.

This location is always pretty clean, and all the employees are really nice. The late night might need to work a little bit on their service, but they've been great the majority of the time. The food can be a little inconsistent, especially during the late night shift, because it's definitely rushed, not heated completely, or stale. BUT I've had more good experiences at this taco bell than bad.

Food was as expected. Which is good. Atmosphere was a zero! Not one employee looked or said hi to us at any time. No option to order not on a computer. I could not get a receipt without giving my email for phone number. I typically love Taco Bell, but will stop if this is the future of what to expect!
