This location has a serious attitude problem. The staff are consistently rude and make customers feel like an inconvenience for simply ordering food. The effort level is just as poor, items are often sloppily assembled and carelessly thrown together.

More often than not, they’ll shove the food out the window without saying a single word. Even when you say, “Thank you, have a good night,” there’s no acknowledgment. After many visits, it’s clear this isn’t just a one-off experience.. the poor attitude seems to be a culture issue that starts with management.

I don’t have high expectations for fast food, but after a long pattern of bad experiences here, I felt it was worth sharing.

Got order wrong, asked twice for cantina bowl to be fresco style. Was not. Asked and charged for extra chicken and pico. Didn't look it.

Please get better help! The manager there is crazy she went off on me and refuse to serve me because I got irritated having to repeat my order 3 times. That is horrible customer service and she would not give me her name so I can report her. T B on Chapman road at 5:25 pm This Monday 10/13/25.

The entire drive thru experience took about 20 minutes when I was the only car in line. Firstly I do wanna say that my food was good, it was the service that was bad and the employees didn’t seem to know their own policies. I ordered the new refresca freeze in a size large but the employee gave me a small. Since I was charged for a large I asked for the large but she told me that because it’s a new flavor she can’t give me a large. She then said that her manager got upset with her for giving another customer a large previously. But my question is why are they charging people for a large when they are only giving people smalls? I’ve never had a problem with getting a large freeze before so I was super confused. I do think these employees were new and we’re just misinformed but the management should know that they need better training and not charging customers incorrectly.
