Won’t be back, My order was missing a cheese roll up and cheese sauce, the lady with the long black hair at the window was constantly on her phone at the window and when I asked for more sauce I got a weird look my receipt says for Friday Jan 2nd at 11:35am with the name on it as alica. Customer service is everything and she does not have that and probably shouldn’t be at the window

Had some issues with my order that I placed on the app but Alicia, Deedra and team were able to help me out, get me a fresh remake, and also promised to help me best they could with another issue I had at Taco Bell in Blue Springs. Great service especially with it being so close to the holidays still.

We dined in while out with our toddler Christmas shopping. We were greeted by a customer at the counter that said he had been waiting for 15 minutes and no employee had greeted him. That customer soon left and we were the only customers in the lobby. We were told to use the kiosk to order and waited 10 minutes until someone asked if we got our drinks. We waited 25 minutes until our toddler was fussy to go up to the counter to get the attention of an employee. They had only been serving the drive thru and now had several orders inside to fulfill. Whe I worked at McDonald’s, our lobby was always top priority. Disappointed coming to this location.

The amount of money they are charging for 3 supreme tacos they should use some product. The Taco's should be full of meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. You can barely taste the sour cream and the meat taste burned. The price for what one gets is ridiculous.

Got home and they did not put my burrito Supreme in the bag. You had one job and failed. I paid for it and I should expect you have it. Why is it so hard to get orders right.

Drive thru is always congested. But fortunately for me, it was late and I was hungry, and there were zero cars in line:) I asked and paid for Doritos Locos supreme tacos, hold the tomatoes. Got home and what did I have, Regular tacos. No supreme.

I don't know if this place changed owners or management but the last few times I've gone the food as been amazing. No skimping, no cold food, friendly staff, etc. Honestly, I didn't know a taco bell could actually be this good. Very impressive.

Ordered over app, app said 5 minutes... Went inside 5 minutes later... Waited 10 more minutes for the food.

It was good, and hot, maybe just add 10 minutes to the pickup time so I'm not awkwardly standing at the counter for 10 minutes while people behind the counter look at me and keep going about their jobs 🤷‍♂️

I go here a lot but one time I went and I used the kiosk which was a bad idea. My card had only partially went through and I went to use cash but the kiosk timed out and I never got the money back into my account. I went to the front to ask and at first the manager was quite rude but understandable since she didn’t know the situation at the time but I talked to them and they tried their best to help me and to understand what was happening since they couldn’t do anything on their end and gave me the Taco Bell phone number so if you partially pay I recommend to automatically hit pay at counter so you don’t make the same mistake as I did! Overall, they were extremely kind and understanding to what happened and the food was excellent!
