I go here a lot but one time I went and I used the kiosk which was a bad idea. My card had only partially went through and I went to use cash but the kiosk timed out and I never got the money back into my account. I went to the front to ask and at first the manager was quite rude but understandable since she didn’t know the situation at the time but I talked to them and they tried their best to help me and to understand what was happening since they couldn’t do anything on their end and gave me the Taco Bell phone number so if you partially pay I recommend to automatically hit pay at counter so you don’t make the same mistake as I did! Overall, they were extremely kind and understanding to what happened and the food was excellent!

I went thru the drive through last night and got a bunch of stuff, I got a burrito, crunchwrap, Nacho fries, and the potatoes and the burrito they thought I said Dorito so I got a taco but it was a simple mistake and I went back and they were so sweet and gave me my burrito. Everything was so fresh and Very warm, it was also about 11 at night where stuff is usually not very fresh.

Absolutely rude female taking our order!! She kept saying she couldn't hear me in her valley-girl accent, so my husband, with his deeper voice, spoke our order. We were then offered our free reward of a medium drink and never gave it to us, and it was expiring today. She then said it was too late. Annoying and rude!

My online delivery order was missing two items, had to drive to the store in pouring down rain to get missing items only to find out product was not available, no compensation or alt items offered or a refund. I will be posting this on social media and my disabled veterans website on how bad my treatment was from this store, I will not recommend anybody including veterans from using this place ever.

I have been going to this Taco Bell for about 3 years. Quality consistently sucks. Orders are wrong 90% of the time. The guy with face tats working the drive through tonight is especially terrible.
Hey Taco Bell.. Second time I purchased a tostada, add sour cream. For 80cents, I feel I deserve more than a tiny dab which is the size of a dime. 1st time I thought it was easy mistake. Second time means I don't be back to your location. Other locations get it right.

the regular tacos were fine but what is this? bricks? I almost cracked a tooth on these rock hard potatoes. all you had to do was say you don't have any or they will take a min to make fresh. these are freaking croutons.
