In all my years of Taco Bell eating, I have NEVER had such a bad experience. My nachos bel grande had stale chips, little to no toppings, and on top of it all it had a hair in it. I ordered a stacker as well which was barely toasted. Other than that the stacker had no problems. Whoever was working at 6:17pm on 09/02/2025 is a disgrace to the Taco Bell brand, and do not deserve to work at this establishment.

I shared an order with my family at 6:17pm on 09/02/2025, it was horrible. The food was made poorly. A strand of hair was found in the nachos. There were barely any toppings on the crunchwrap I ordered. I know the employees working are probably young, but this is inexcusable. I never write bad reviews since I usually wouldn’t care, but this experience was especially bad. I’ve had pleasant experiences at this location in the past, hopefully they can figure this out so stuff like this won’t happen in the future.

If zero stars was an option thats what it would be. I drive up ordered a number 6 and a nunber 13 pulled around paid for my food and pulled up and checked the bag and had a soft taco and a number 13 pulled back around and told them what happened they said pull up so i did then i tell them what happened for a second time and they say pull around and tell them what i want and they will fix it which i was fine with then i pull back up and the guy begins to tell me its my fault and should check the screen which i did and then when he hands me my new food its missing a chalupa this place is a joke and not mention there attitude was terrible i ended up leaving so basically they stole the price of the number 6 because i wasnt going to deal with it any longer

Do not recommend this Taco Bell. Came for breakfast and they stop serving at 11. Got here at 10:50 for a simple steak and egg burrito and was told they don’t serve breakfast anymore. When I said it wasn’t 11 yet they then said they sold out of “all breakfast items”. Sounds like pure laziness. Here is a picture after we tried to order and had to wait in line for the person in front of us to get their breakfast that we heard them order at 10:47. Please note the time is 10:52 after we tried ordering.

Decent food, took forever, for someone too respond too the front desk just too pay but after getting the line down and people moving it wasn't so bad.
Black beans were kinda dry but normally good. Service was very fast and friendly!

Says they open at 9am more like 9:30 maybe 10am! You never know the open signs are on and people are there they just choose when they want to open. Which is so frustrating when you have to be at work and can't get any breakfast here even though they serve it.

This place was pretty good for a few years. Not tonight, the girl gave us a cup that clearly was leaking massively, instead of wiping the cup off or offering a nakin we had to ask for one. Food was okay, but the drink I had was nothing but carbonated water. She definitely knew because the dragon fruit tea is about as dark as a Dr pepper. It was also dark so I couldn't see due to the fact they had every light off besides the menu. Any other night the guys here are awesome. But it was only a young lady with pink braids.
