I don’t know what’s happened to this store but jessica is one of the most unprofessional people i’ve met , she’s more then rude to her customers and her employees. I cannot imagine being apart of the team with the attitude she gives. I was dining in with my family and she’s constantly yelling and talking about things that shouldn’t be talked about at work . what a disgusting and disturbing experience. Jessica do better.

Did they get all new staff or management here? TB used to be a safe bet to order actual dairy free items. My last two visits, my food was loaded with dairy even though I did modifications. I had to ask them to remake it last time. Tonight I just crumpled it up and threw it away and left. What happened? TB probably needs to abandon their 1990s “vegetarian” offerings and have real vegan options that require no mods in 2024.

Same great tacos I always remember from.. forever..
got my food at 11:45 and asked for something slightly special on my food. the food was all made perfectly and what was supposed to be, was crispy. beautiful job night shift!Parking: not parking but drive through is slightly narrow, no big problem
10 minutes before 11 I placed my order for a sausage crunchwrap. Was then informed that they did not have any breakfast stuff. Changed my order to a nacho bell grande and their new Cinnabon desert. Was informed that that dessert was a breakfast item and it was now after 11. I have never had a problem at any other taco bell for lunch or supper. One of the worst taco bell ordering experiences.

We waited almost an HOUR for 3 items. The manager tried to tell people they were closed at 7:20pm even though they’re open until 2am. They literally refused to take any more orders for other customers coming in. The worst location I’ve ever been to, and it’s been horrible for years. Also, a couple weeks ago, they said they “wouldn’t” fry anything else after 8pm. They need new management.
Service is terrible. Person on the ordering side had an attitude. Won't be back. Also as others mentioned "fryer is down." This happened on 12/29 at 9ish pm.

15 min for one item and I walked in Watched them clear out the drive thru lane while I waited for one item And like earlier complaint hardly any meat it was sauce and lettuce. Go to Longview Taco Bell and avoid this one

Ordered food, got home and it was wrong - no tomatoes. When I called, they told me someone else ordered the exact same thing as I did, but without tomatoes (hard to believe, but possible, I guess). They said I could come in for a refund. When I got there, they said I had to bring in the old food in order to get a refund.

I'm glad to give you all a laugh &you certainly gave us a heck of a laugh. You were also super fast with as much food as we got ¬ a single thing was wrong. Thank you so much!
