Must have changed owners or something. Drive thru is a nightmare. Not only is the language barrier hindering, but having to explain your order over and over because the knowledge of their own menu is not there sucks. Then after all that, your order is still wrong. Check your order before you leave the drive thru.

The grease needs to be changed! I ordered a Mexican pizza for lunch and it tasted awful. Even my son didn’t want it. He said it tastes like old grease!

Bad attitudes in DT, out of nacho fries 6/30, hand you drinks with syrup all over the cup, skimpy with cheese on tacos, forget items frequently. 5⭐️ location. 1⭐️ service

how tf u gone mix up a cantina chicken burrito for three cheesy roll ups and still give me my nacho fry’s, Baja blast, an sauce i ordered with it, sure i shoulda checked the bag when i was ther but i shouldnt have to then when i call two times i get no answer🤷🏽🤷🏽🤷🏽

The staff was VERY unfriendly. We were asked multiple times while ordering in the drive-thru to get out of line and get back in line because we were trying to ask the kids what they wanted.

This was a fast and clean taco bell. And they had some people playing violins outside while you drove through the drive-thru. It was really nice.

Wrong order. Completely wrong. Has happened many times, so maybe it’s my problem. When calling they act like I’m the one who is wrong. So, 50 minute ‘fast food’ is what it is.

I almost always go to this location. They are friendly and I don't think (knock on wood) they have ever gotten my order wrong for the food. Sauce packets in the other hand need to be figured out. They are a busy location, but they have a lot of friendly workers. The drive thru seems to take a little longer, but they are on par with fast food chains for e that.

We ordered the Mexican Pizza and it had a bitter chemical taste to it. Two people tried and both spit out the first bite.

Furthermore, one soft taco was wet... No clue from what, but the wrapper and soft taco tortilla as wet.

The nacho bel grande was ordered with with only cheese and beef and the beef portion was maybe a table spoon and a half.

Not a great food experience.

These people are rude. Fail to answer questions and just rude for no reason. Told them we had a question and they said we don't have time to answer questions. They aren't taking cash and are only letting people use the kiosk. Called to file a complaint and no answer.
