Food is always incredibly fast and delicious. Today I saw two hostesses deal with an impatient guest whose party of 8 wasn’t all there to be seated extremely well. Kudos for keeping your cool while getting yelled at. Our server was also so kind, I observed her trying to learn sign language for a table that was hearing impaired. Service is always great and speedy, thank you!

Good biscuits & gravy. Coffee is better than it used to be. I like a dark roast. IHOP in Lee's Summit serves a darker roast. They have great coffee. I always go where I know I can get a good cuppa.

Theresa was an amazing waitress! First time at this Big Biscuit and man it was delicious! My wife had the cinnamon roll pancakes and I got the veggie scrambowl.. sp perfectly seasoned that I didn't even need to add salt or pepper to my dish! 10/10 will definitely eat here again! Thanks Big Biscuit!!

Currently sitting at the counter at BB lees summit and the food is ok but the entire wait staff has NOT stopped talking negatively about almost every customer in their sections since I sat down. My service Christine has been great not the rest of the girls (yes I meant that purposely bc they’re obviously HIGHLY immature) lack professionalism as they continue to discuss other patrons right in front of the customers at the counter. The bowl I ordered came out kinda sloppy and the runner just sat it down in front of me and walked away. No, hey how are ya, can I get you anything else, enjoy….nothing.

THE RR WAS immaculate service was super friendly. Servings were generous, and I am one to eat it all. I couldn't finish. Very busy, but the wait for food was pretty quick. There was no delay on us being seated.
