The fried half chicken was perfect. Cooked to perfection. It's been a long time since I ate fried chicken that tasted this good. And the shrimp and grits is abo extremely flavorful. Both are good options. I was just being greddy. And the cheddar biscuits are perfect with each meal.

Mushroom Stroganoff with meatballs was very good; I prefer less cream sauce. Meatballs were well-seasoned & tasty. Good amount of tasty mushrooms (not wimpy little pieces like in canned soup). Good service with big, beautiful smiles from Josie E.

Today I was thoroughly disappointed with the Tomahawk Ribeye, I figured spending over 100 dollars on a steak I’d get a wealth of flavor and tenderness, I was met with a cold ribeye and no flavor, I can make something better at home…and when I complained to the manager I was only met with sorry, sorry, sorry. Can’t say I’ll return, also, the mac n cheese at summit grill is 10 times better. I know it’s the same owner for both but mimic the mac n cheese at both locations. Our waitress was great so I am not knocking her.

I dined here for the first time a couple of weekends ago with my daughter and son-in-law. I've been hearing about the place for a while and always wanted to visit it. It's kind of tucked away in downtown Lee's Summit area. Very nice restaurant. If you want to dine somewhere that's low-key, but very nice and pricing is very reasonable as well, this will be the place to go. I definitely will frequent hear more often.

Maaaaan! My wife and I had the blackened shrimp tacos & they were so good I can't even describe the flavor! Then I had the Chimchurri steak and shrimp with Fries and 2 eggs and this Garlic Aoli, it was one of the best steaks I've had all year, and I eat alot of steaks lol. My wife had the hot chicken Benny and cheesy grits and you put some grits on the biscuit and it makes it even more creamy and just straight delightful. I wish I could have given everyone there a hundred dollar tip! Y'all deserve it but I ain't that rich! 😂 I definitely will be back!

This is our second year at Third Street Social for Thanksgiving. Their meal is phenomenal—the turkey is not dry, and the sides are plentiful. The ham looked amazing as well. There are other options if you’re not a turkey fan, so everyone can enjoy the holiday. The appetizers were delicious, especially the wings, and the desserts were fantastic. I ordered an espresso martini, and it was excellent. We will definitely be back next year!

Stopped in for happy hour dinner and it didn’t disappoint! Shrimp tacos were divine and I wish I ordered more! Korean tacos were good, not my favorite, but I have a limited taste palate. Burnt ends and corn bread were yummy! Decided we should top it off with key lime pie —the Lock’s have the best pastry chef in town!
