I used to get it alot but now it feels like they have gone cheap. Not saying this like they are ruining out of business because they still get alot of business. But I do think that they have stopped putting in good effort and quality to keep the customers happy.

Although their service isn't great, the food is still good. I just don't really like their service/atmosphere. Hope this helped you all. And again, this is just my opinion about it so if you like raps, salads, smoothies, and sandwiches, you should like it okay.

I visit this location “EVERY” morning before work and I can tell you it’s always good. The food is always nice and warm when I get there and the smoothies are fantastic. I put my order in 5-10 minutes before I get there and it is always waiting for me. The owner is a great guy and we talk for a few minutes and he is always pleasant. My wife and I also order flatbreads, quesadillas, and sandwiches for dinner and they are equally as good as the breakfast. I have tried several other locations and I can tell you Lee’s Summit is the best breakfast of them all. I highly recommend this location.

We’ve been coming here for a long time, and it truly feels like visiting family. The owner is incredibly kind and attentive—they even greet us by our first names the moment we walk in! It’s rare to find that level of personalized service these days. Whether it's our favorite smoothie or a new special, on their amazing menu choices the quality is always consistent. Highly recommend for anyone who values a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I ordered online and asked for no coconut.
As soon as I got the drink I could taste coconut so
I went back to the store and asked the owner.
He confidently said he didn’t put it and he was 100% sure.
I still tasted the coconut flavor and my husband could taste it too.
I understand mistake can happen but the problem is you should admit and make it again or something.
Not sure if I will go back I would rather drive farther.

Worst places I have ever been don’t come here they need to go out of business promjse after all my years will never come back here ever. There workers are so slow I have never seen anything like them I’ll pay the owner to fire them however much seriously

Terrible place 30 minutes for a smoothie is ridiculous. All these employees need fired seriously what are they doing here. The are literally standing around not making anything while we have been waiting for 30 minutes

Did you know TSC can do large-ish orders to go? Our WellCo Team brought healthy to our office and it was a hit!! We ordered 75 large smoothies (3 different flavors) and the smoothies were a hit. Mike had the smoothies on ice and ready for pickup. Thank you so much for making our day!

Gone downhill

This used to be one of my favorite places, but the quality has gone down and it’s really disappointing. To start, they send drinks unsealed, which feels unsafe and unpleasant since anyone could open them and take a sip. Is it that hard to put them in a sealed paper bag with plastic, and close it with a staple or tape? The smoothie is still tasty, but it’s hard not to think about the fact that whoever delivers it could open it.

On the other hand, the chicken pesto flatbread used to be my top choice, but now no way. The bread was hard, almost stale, the pesto tasted a bit sour (not sure if it was even good), and the chicken? You had to go looking for it—they put less and less every time. I don’t know if this was just a one-time slip or if that’s how they’re doing things now, but either way it’s really bad—at least for delivery.

I visited this place once, and that will be my last visit. Not happy with the FOOD, need to improve a lot. When I visited, there was no other customer but me.

Because I used the T-MOBILE app to redeem a bowl Mike and another lady were rude and not accommodating. This bowl looks sad and barely filled. This tropical smoothie is closest to my house but I'll never again step foot in this location. I'll take my money elsewhere!

I have been to several Tropical Smoothie Café locations but the location that consistently uses way too much ice is the LS location. I ordered a smoothie this evening and it barely has any flavor. $10 (after a tip) is a lot of money to waste on blended ice.
