Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This used to be one of my favorite places, but the quality has gone down and it’s really disappointing. To start, they send drinks unsealed, which feels unsafe and unpleasant since anyone could open them and take a sip. Is it that hard to put them in a sealed paper bag with plastic, and close it with a staple or tape? The smoothie is still tasty, but it’s hard not to think about the fact that whoever delivers it could open it.

On the other hand, the chicken pesto flatbread used to be my top choice, but now no way. The bread was hard, almost stale, the pesto tasted a bit sour (not sure if it was even good), and the chicken? You had to go looking for it—they put less and less every time. I don’t know if this was just a one-time slip or if that’s how they’re doing things now, but either way it’s really bad—at least for delivery.

I visited this place once, and that will be my last visit. Not happy with the FOOD, need to improve a lot. When I visited, there was no other customer but me.

Because I used the T-MOBILE app to redeem a bowl Mike and another lady were rude and not accommodating. This bowl looks sad and barely filled. This tropical smoothie is closest to my house but I'll never again step foot in this location. I'll take my money elsewhere!

I have been to several Tropical Smoothie Café locations but the location that consistently uses way too much ice is the LS location. I ordered a smoothie this evening and it barely has any flavor. $10 (after a tip) is a lot of money to waste on blended ice.

The food is fantastic, always fresh and tastes great. The staff is even more wonderful, perfect place for breakfast! The pesto egg wrap is my gf’s and I’s favorite

I love the smoothies here. Especially their pomegranate plunge. What I don’t to much care for is their food. Their chicken cali breakfast flat bread and pesto chicken flat bread is my guilty pleasure, but the eggs in the breakfast flat bread taste like it’s made with powered eggs and also the chicken tastes fake as well. It best to stick with their smoothies.

Little lunch date with my son at one of his favorite places. This location only has 2 small 2 top tables. There are bar stools but they don’t seem like a place they want people to sit and eat as they filled the counter and other side is just pick up to go orders. It’s not the cleanest place I’ve ever been, under the tables or in the bathroom But it’s not the worst either.
Staff was super nice and service was fast. Food was yummy. Tons of easy free parking.

My order is always accurate with fresh fruits! It's never melted or poorly prepared compared to other similar places! Love it.

I visited your smoothie shop recently, and I was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. The smoothie I ordered tasted awful and nothing like what I expected. To make matters worse, the staff member named Mike P was incredibly rude and arrogant in the way he spoke to me. His attitude was unprofessional and made the whole experience very unpleasant. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I swear to god I have been to many tropical smoothie cafes recently coz I’m a bahama mama smoothie lover but the guy MIKE P from this store who took my order today was soo bad at us for redeeming my points for a smoothie even I offered him the money for the smoothie he gave me a answer that he will complain on me to the corporate for using my points and he told me to get out of the store with a bad language this makes me to not be a customer for tropical smoothie cafe. I suggest you guys to please not visit this store on expecting a good service or atmosphere

The person waiting on us was very polite, wife had just had her teeth removed so he bent over backwards to make her visit very helpful, being from out of town will be back to visit his business

Is it just me, or are these smoothies priced like they’re blended with gold? Maybe I’m still stuck in the 90s. My kids are obsessed—they’re in there so much, the staff probably knows their favorite orders by heart. At this rate, I’ve spent so much money I might as well own shares in the company!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great smoothies and service size is great! Sad they got rid of the avocado grilled cheese though.
