Can't say anything about the food... never able to order. Cashier didn't acknowledge us after 10 minutes of waiting even though we had been waiting behind the family he took plenty of time with for at least 7 minutes. Just left.

Service has gotten much better in the last 6 months or so, I'd say. Maybe longer. Really happy to be able to go there again and get hot food fast.

The front register service was terrible the floors were sticky and sitting areas was filthy food was good but there was no condiments and no cups for ketchup

Since the old manager left here, this Wendy's, have gone down. Considerably, it's filthy. The staff is rude. The food is horrible. Don't go to this wendy's, and if you do do it at your own risk, I had to return a biscuit this morning that was actually wet and falling up to pieces

The GM (or manager, a tall older man in grey polo) tried charging me 2$ for a bbq sauce
TWO DOLLARS !
He was completely rude and unprofessional on the headset and you can tell his staff is uncomfortable around him.
The lady at the window was very friendly and even seemed distraught by his embarrassing repeated demand of 2 dollars.
I told him he was absolutely crazy for thinking charging that is okay.

I worked food management for years, I understand and rarely make bad reviews. But this was ridiculously unprofessional and rude.
Charging paying customers 2 extra dollars for a 1oz bbq sauce is criminal in this economy.

Kim is a wonder-woman here. She was fast, attentive, friendly, kind, and is a VERY good worker. Give her thanks and please give her a pay raise or bonus! She deserves it 100%. Best interaction with any food worker I have ever had. Despite being strangers she treated me like family.

Went here for a simple lunch paid cash, big mistake the manager tried to quick changed us when i pointed it out he said it was because of the coupon on it either way the total didn't equal out. Asked for my money back, the guy got a pissed look on his face but gave it back i'll take my money somewhere where people don't try to steal from you. The couple behind us asked why they didn't get all their change as well beware or pay with card so they can't scam you.

Went here to get some food and the manager short changed us, tried to say they get to keep money because of a coupon, the total doesn't add up with the coupon or without, asked for my money back and left watch out they'll try to scam you the couple behind us asked why they didn't get all their change as well.

I WAS a llittle disappointed. I got all the way home and realized the bacon I over paid ,was not on my sandwich! I know I said bacon on there.I guess it was my fault for not opening it up in my new car and checking. I just didn't want to get crumbs in my new seats... I just wanted to get my money's worth , for my 3o Mile Drive.both ways. That's the last time I went there I remember it being pretty good,.... so..idk. I guess everything in life is a Gamble including when you choose to order.

It was really busy so I had to wait 20 mins for food and it's called "fast food." I was behind a few jabronis in line and they didn't get their food for a while either. It's like they were only serving the drive thru.
