Workers were more concerned with telling a story than getting food. Didn't get my fries..a fork for biscuits and gravy.. and napkins. Doors were locked.. lady was not nice at all when I tried to come back thru to get my items.

I at Whataburger after the lunch rush was over. There was myself and one other person in the restaurant. The service was slow, food was not very good to the point that I didn't finish my burger. I had ordered a complimentary cold coffee, offered to Veterans which never came, even though I asked twice for it. I let that go and overall left unsatisfied.

Love whataburger. But they messed up the order twice. Then got home only to realized it was still not right. Not complicated things either, first they forgot a drink we had to wait for in the kids meal. Then they brought a large drink for a small child. Which I wasn’t going to worry about only to realize we were missing fries. So we went back in again. Then left and driving away and noticed they added cheese to the children’s hamburger after we asked for it dry and plain. He can’t have cheese. Ended up not worth trying again. Just super bummed. I’m sure just an off day but be sure to check all your items before you leave. Make sure you get everything you paid for.

Ice cold and old tasting french fries by the time I got into the car. Onion rings were good and warm. Burger was good but needed ketchup!
Out of several soda flavors and Dr. Pepper was out of syrup. Saw a young tween slip and fall on the tile. Mgt did a good job of handling the report. When I got my soda the reason the kid slipped was the carpet mat is wet. Felt my foot slipping after filling up soda and taking it to the car. Nice to see they give workers breaks. Had to ask for ketchup for our to go order that was an inside order.
Would have been 5 stars but the seating is weird. I don't know if it's the seat is really low or the table is really high but I feel like I am a kid sitting at the adults table.

The tables were all dirty, and the area by the soda machine was inexcusably dirty. I love whataburger, but there was no one here so there was no reason for it to be this dirty. I enjoy this location but I came back after 6 months and the restaurant was not this gross before.

Extremely rude and dismissive when ordering what I've ordered for months just because she wasn't familiar with it. And the onion rings were almost black... Liked they had been cooked in bad oil. Oh, they were. Not a great experience and my dog threw up his meal, leading me to believe they tampered with it. Worst experience ever.
