Extremely rude and dismissive when ordering what I've ordered for months just because she wasn't familiar with it. And the onion rings were almost black... Liked they had been cooked in bad oil. Oh, they were. Not a great experience and my dog threw up his meal, leading me to believe they tampered with it. Worst experience ever.

This is the worst Whataburger I’ve been too . They started off good but have significantly declined . My fries have never been fresh , last week my fries were wayyyy too salty & the wait is always terrible whether there are people in line or not. My drink was okay . Burger isnt always hot & the bun in sometimes dry/hard . This whataburger is so inconsistent! I do not recommend!!!

Ordered 30 minutes ahead, waited 20 minutes after I arrived for curbside service for cold food possibly the worst Whataburger I’ve EVER been to 73 dollars worth of food basically inedible! Employee basically threw the food thru my window almost dumping the food and drinks on me! Not the food quality or service I’ve come to expect from Whataburger!

This place started out great, but has declined to the point it's not worth going to. They just got my order wrong, again. Oddly, the charge was correct (for double burgers) but I guess counting the patties was too tough. Good help is just hard to find these days. Sad.

I decided to try since I was in the area and heard good things....I was not impressed at all. The patty was good great flavor but the bun was dry and heavy and blocked the flavor of everything else quite a bit. The fries were in tiny pieces not fresh at all. Ive never had a burger destroyed by it's bun.

Honestly, I'm not impressed... you go inside and order from a computer screen, fill your own drinks, someone brings you your food. The food wasn't that good. I ordered a cheeseburger, the patty was dry and overcooked very thin, even with lettuce,tomato onion, and mayo...still dry. The fries were overcooked as well and not salted at all. I couldn't find any salt packets. I'm really disappointed because the one in TX was amazing
