Don’t order on the app unless you want your order to be canceled unexpectedly, multiple times & without any explanation because nobody can tell you why. The store, app & customer service all claim to not have access to this information and do not know who or where to find it. Refund? Nope. Not sure when that will happen either.

So I actually love Whataburger, however the one closest to my house in Acworth Georgia is the slowest location I’ve ever seen. At first I thought it was because it was new and employees have to be trained and such. But it’s been open for a good while now and it hasn’t changed. Waiting 20-25 minutes to get your food in the drive thru is an every visit thing, and to make matters worse they aren’t even friendly much less apologetic. This is not Whataburger standards, every other location is so much better

I loved it in Texas but here in KC they are just terrible! The food is always greasy and sloppy and not good. And it always takes forever to get your food even when you're the only one in line. They seem to never be busy anymore like when they were new here. Probably because the food is so awful! My husband is from Texas and he says it's just not the same here. So do better KC Whataburger!!!

I was in the drive-thru and out of the drive-thru in less than less than 5 minutes I got a number 13 which is the chicken strips. They were hot fresh honey butter dipping sauce was in there onion rings were hot fresh. I also got the blackberry Dr pepper shake thick and cold. Location gets five stars to me It was clean well organized from what I could see through the drive-thru window please we're all working nobody was sitting around lobby was clean from seeing through the window people were sitting down eating. Only thing I would say is is the person taking the order could be a little bit more enthused about being there. But other than that it was great.

The worst service during the week. There is 1 lady that takes care of us during the weekends when we get off work at 3am and she is the best. Ask for our name we say Kita and she says hey guys. But the crew during the week doesn't care about service or the food.

Not great, not terrible. The burger was sizable, but tasted like it was covered in salt. Salt is tasty, but seemed like there was too much. I forget if I liked the fries or not.

Just don't bother. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review!

This location of Whataburger...I just can't anymore. The wait times are ridiculous, and then, after your long wait, you're rewarded with your order being so wrong that it's almost laughable. If you weren't so hungry.

No clue why this location is so bad, but at this point it feels like it's a charity where I'm donating my money to keep it in business with no tangible ROI. Me and my family can go elsewhere.

I ordered breakfast for my family and we went in to pick it up. It was not ready, and they realized I had mistakenly put our order in for PM instead of AM 🤦 They immediately apologized (for my mistake) and went to turn the biscuit making ovens back on to make fresh biscuits. I told them they did not need to do that, that we would happily just order lunch. We put in a new order and they ended up taking care of our whole meal. Everything we got was delicious! So over the top nice! We will be back soon! Thank you!
