I was in the drive-thru and out of the drive-thru in less than less than 5 minutes I got a number 13 which is the chicken strips. I ordered breakfast for my family and we went in to pick it up. It was not ready, and they realized I had mistakenly put our order in for PM instead of AM 🤦 They immediately apologized (for my mistake) and went to turn the biscuit making ovens back on to make fresh biscuits. I told them they did not need to do that, that we would happily just order lunch. We put in a new order and they ended up taking care of our whole meal. Everything we got was delicious! I have been to this Whataburger several times. The food is always great. The people who work there are always so friendly. They aren’t just “order takers,” they make you feel like they are happy to have your business.
