I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Ordered a 50 piece lemon pepper wings. We received wings with feathers still all over them. Fried up feathers. 😳
Called customer service x3. Sent pictures. Left a message for the store we bought them at. No communication back from customer service or the store.

Ordered 10 piece boneless wings. Arrived within the approximate time frame giving and food was cold and dry. We asked for the fresh wings and was told it would be 10-15 mins…after like 5 minutes they then said the wings came up faster than they thought. Come to find out they were the same exact wings just heated up. Called to speak to the supervisor who said her name was Jada and was told there was nothing they could do. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

So I had the wings and they were standard restaurant wings but really didn't cost as much... Pretty much a win-win if you want. Good wings without having to pay restaurant prices.

Was worried when I saw the reviews about the food and service. Dinned in with my Dad, I got the 5pc BBQ chicken strips, he got the 10pc half Korean BBQ and half garlic parm. My BBQ was spicy, making my nose run a little. Very good thought! Everything came out warm and fresh. Fries were perfect and had lots of seasoning. My only complaint was the wait time. Waited 25 minutes when we were the only ones in the establishment. Very good overall!

Phenomenal service, food and the store was very clean
My husband and I regularly eat at this location and have come to our wits end. Tonight is one of numerous experiences of which we were straight up not given portions of our food. We have been left without the drinks we purchased, sides of fries, and ranch on multiple occasions. Doordash is no help, as they say it is Wingstop's issue. Though attempting to contact them from various browsers, the website is having an input glitch. So, here I am attempting to get into contact with someone regarding my refund for my incomplete order.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. horrible, superslow they have no idea how long your order is going to be. Kept telling everyone 10 to 15 min. Waited 45 min after designated time. With that this was Friday night. So....

Pricing is ridiculous it costs more to buy 8 wings per piece than 5. Each wing was almost 20 cents more to buy more wings that makes no sense. And the workers were clueless
