I am shocked at the quality of employees at the Liberty, MO location. We went last night a little after 10:00pm. All the chairs were on the tables, guessing you can't dine in after 10pm? Then the girl taking our order was EATING pickles at the register, licking her fingers. Maybe I am old-school, but it looked very unprofessional and there were other customers in the store.

FYI if you order from Wingstop Billings MT and they forgot 3/4 of your order they won’t refund your money. I picked up an order and the bag was huge so I didn’t realize how much was missing till I got home. On calling them, they kept telling me to come back and get it but I lived too far to make a trip back worth it. They eventually said they would but it’s been two weeks and no refund has come through on my card.

Absolutely disgusting. The hickory BBQ wings and hot wings were incredibly salty. The fried cajun corn and fries were covered in salt and Tony's. you couldn't tell you were eating anything other than a saltlick. the corn in the picture showed full nibblers, but we got one nibbler cut into 5 pieces.
$45 for my family to eat leftover pizza and tater tots.

Probably the worst food/takeaway I had in my life. We ordered and collected £50.25 order. Food was cold, fries were cold. Items not labelled. We also had a allegen requests but nothing was labelled.
Worse of all they did it include my desert! So out of pocket for £6.75.
Won’t be returning and want my money back!
Message to all! Go and support an independent, they will take care of your food and ensure you get everything you paid for!

Every time I go here, I get charged for sauce on the side. The biggest rip off. No other wing place charges for sauce on the side. Need to fix that at the location I go to.

My friend was very hungry after a busy afternoon and wanted to go here for a quick dinner to go. The lackadaisical clerk was rather slow and not inspiring as he served her. After she placed her order we sat and waited for them to cook it/prepare it. About 15 minutes later, it was ready. Door Dash orders were flying out the door while we were just sitting. My friend started getting impatient by the time it was ready. She enjoyed it at home but we don't intend to return

Opened one of the bags there was buffalo sauce all over everything & the lids were coming off the dressings & they spilled. It was a mess. We have never experienced that from Wingstop.

You can find them in Kansas City 🏙️ Signed into my Google for the sole purpose of this review.. wingstop forgot our fries.. debatably their best product and when you pay 45 dollars for wings you should get your whole order not just part of it. Tried to get the money back on it and the manager at this location is just joking themselves behind the counter. LAME
Food was pretty good actually. I can do without the rap music, blasting loudly throughout the store and multiple uses of the F bomb in front of my nine-year-old niece.

A very disappointing experience. Ordered food for pick up and half of it was wrong. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge deal, but the wings and corn were covered in the hottest spices/sauce possible, making them not edible. The food was room temp at best too. What a waste of money.

Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration
