Most wing stops are 4 stars or less overall. I must say I have never had any issues here. I live in blue springs and I oftenTimes get wing stop door dashed to my house from this location. I will not eat at the blue springs location due to having constant issues with food quality there, but this location is great! I’ve gotten wings from here 5-6 times and I never ever have issues, the chicken always taste good, it doesn’t taste like bad old grease. The food is always hot and fresh. Overall I realized I don’t like wingstop’s fries no matter what the location. I think that is a common complaint. But this location has good wings! I will be back many more times if it stays this great!

I placed an online order at around 10:40 p.m. After about 20 minutes when I came to pick up my order this goofball walks up to me and says that my food isn’t ready and it’s going to be awhile. Then he proceeds to tell me that I can’t pay for my food yet because the cashier left to go to the gas station. What? lol great service.When I finally got my food 25 minutes after waiting at the store, it was amazing.

The staff here are mostly very incompetent and rather clueless as to what they are doing at all times. They scratch themselves, adjust their pants, play with their hair and then continue to make food without gloves or anything ?? they lose orders, they make orders wrong, they forget half of your stuff more often than not, and they don’t ever seem to have a manager to speak to. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still allowed to operate.

My first time trying this place , the staff was not atentive at all was just sitting down playing around throwing food at each other , i was disgusted … i was waiting for my food in the car but after seeing that they were eating and licking the fingers going to the kitchen and touching food is gross after receiving my order we threw it away never coming again , they should close down this place it doesn’t seem they care..
The atmosphere was horrible due to 15+ people waiting on their food. The main issue I had was staff cooking the food was super loud and unprofessional. Music was turned on and up to try and drown out the kitchen staff.
