Best Al pastor around!!!!!!!🔥🔥🔥 everything that I’ve had from there is always fresh and delicious! seriously one of the best restaurants around even when operating out of the truck! The owner is so friendly and always hook it up!!! anytime I’m nearby it’s not even a contest where I will be eating!

Yummy food! Have loved Xaboo Mephaa since before their restaurant! I have celiac disease and never get sick from cross contamination. Aside from that, the food is delicious. The spicy tomatillo salsa has so much flavor - I always order the same thing and it never disappoints.

We love Xaboo Mephaa!!!! It’s so hard to find traditional Mexican food in the Midwest but this place has it. It reminds us of our favorite Mexican restaurants from Southern California that we miss. I have not had one thing that I haven’t loved. My favorites are the Al pastor street tacos and the tamales! Yummy! If you want to experience Mexican food like it’s served from a Mexican home this is the place.

I went here with some friends and I was pretty impressed with the over all quality of food, service and atmosphere. The owners were very interactive with us telling us about their restaurant and how they started their business. They also gave us some pretty decent recommendations when it came to their menu items. I am not going to lie it was a little bit more on the expensive side but believe me when I say this was some of the best authentic Mexican cuisine in Lee summit hands down so it was absolutely worth every penny. I would have given them 5 stars but the food truck isn’t always open at convenient times and the horchata was a little weak when it came to flavor but everything else about this little truck is outstanding. Please come support them!
