I just have to give some well-deserved credit to the McDonald’s in Lexington, Missouri. Honestly, it’s one of the cleanest and most well-kept locations I’ve ever been to—definitely cleaner than any I’ve seen in the Kansas City area. I’m not sure how or why this place is even still open. Waited 17 minutes just to get to the window and, naturally, was told (not asked) to pull forward. My order was a simple 10 piece McNuggets and fries. Waited another 7 minutes for them to bring the order out and yep, you guessed it, the fries were COLD! Most of the employees are not friendly at all and a few are down right rude. Seems like management or ownership would at least make an effort to make things a little better...read full review
someone in charge needs to get down to that store and handle their employees! the gal that thinks she is running the place this morning. doesn't have any clue how to talk to customers! Not my fault your busy! Not my fault your employee screwed up! And you still owe me for the food I payed for and Never got ! I kept my receipt
