Just did a Mobile order from this McDonald's, never again will I ever order from here. Our order was all wrong, our drinks were way too carbonated, our fries were way over salted, and everything was just bad. I request anyone to never order from Lexington, MO McDonald's ever again.

Did a drive thru order here today, first experience here. Placed an order and what's pictured here is my spicy mc chicken with no mayo, mayo clearly dabbled all over the chicken as it was scraped off after realizing it was supposed to be no mayo. About what I'd expect from McDonald's anymore.

The employees are screaming and yelling at each other. Walked pasted me when I was standing at the counter waiting for someone. (They smiled and waved too). They where screaming and yelling and then they came out into the area the customers are at and continued to argue. They are complaining no one wants to wash dishes as well. People are coming in and they are letting them walk around near the food area and then leave after being back there. They arnt in uniform either...2 drinks took over 10m cause if their banter.

I just have to give some well-deserved credit to the McDonald’s in Lexington, Missouri. Honestly, it’s one of the cleanest and most well-kept locations I’ve ever been to—definitely cleaner than any I’ve seen in the Kansas City area. You can tell the owner really takes pride in this place. It’s always being cleaned, and everything looks like it’s in good repair. Unlike some city locations that smell like a sewer the minute you walk in—this one is fresh, bright, and welcoming. The staff here is another huge plus. Every time I go through the drive-thru, they’re friendly, smiling, and actually greet you at the window. That might sound simple, but it’s rare these days. In the city, I’ve literally had my food handed to me with no eye contact, no thank you—just tossed out the window like they were done with me. The Lexington crew actually seems happy to be there, and that makes a difference. I’ve seen people complain about having to wait a few minutes, but let’s be real—some McDonald’s drive-thrus I’ve been in have trapped me for 30 minutes or more. If it seems slow here sometimes, it’s clearly because they’re understaffed, not because the employees are doing a bad job. That’s a bigger issue for corporate to figure out, not something the local team should be blamed for. Honestly, this place is a gem. People around here might take it for granted, but if they had to deal with some of the places I’ve been to in the city, they’d realize how good they’ve got it. This little small-town McDonald’s is doing it right, and it deserves way more appreciation.

The folks are real nice here, but it’s by far the worst McDonald’s I know of. I waited 30 mins for my online pickup order of two sandwiches today and so did everyone else ordering breakfast from 10:00 - 11am this Sunday morning. They routinely mess up order fulfillment and the food is average at best. Fry’s are rarely the same, undercooked, overcooked too much or not enough salt and they also underfill the fry containers. I wish they would fix this place.

Employees cussing and arguing ignoring customers. I order a triple cheeseburger an get a single patty and the employee tells Me it's my fault. Then told me if I want the right thing I'm going to have to pull all the way around an get back in line bc she was to busy.

So, I don't believe that employees should ve screaming across the kitchen a conversation about bra's and who wears what kind. Very unprofessional and something that should be discussed rather quietly, not loud enough for the entire lobby to hear.

I’m not sure how or why this place is even still open. Waited 17 minutes just to get to the window and, naturally, was told (not asked) to pull forward. My order was a simple 10 piece McNuggets and fries. Waited another 7 minutes for them to bring the order out and yep, you guessed it, the fries were COLD! Most of the employees are not friendly at all and a few are down right rude. Seems like management or ownership would at least make an effort to make things a little better there!
