The folks are real nice here, but it’s by far the worst McDonald’s I know of. I waited 30 mins for my online pickup order of two sandwiches today and so did everyone else ordering breakfast from 10:00 - 11am this Sunday morning. They routinely mess up order fulfillment and the food is average at best. Fry’s are rarely the same, undercooked, overcooked too much or not enough salt and they also underfill the fry containers. I wish they would fix this place.

Employees cussing and arguing ignoring customers. I order a triple cheeseburger an get a single patty and the employee tells Me it's my fault. Then told me if I want the right thing I'm going to have to pull all the way around an get back in line bc she was to busy.

So, I don't believe that employees should ve screaming across the kitchen a conversation about bra's and who wears what kind. Very unprofessional and something that should be discussed rather quietly, not loud enough for the entire lobby to hear.

I’m not sure how or why this place is even still open. Waited 17 minutes just to get to the window and, naturally, was told (not asked) to pull forward. My order was a simple 10 piece McNuggets and fries. Waited another 7 minutes for them to bring the order out and yep, you guessed it, the fries were COLD! Most of the employees are not friendly at all and a few are down right rude. Seems like management or ownership would at least make an effort to make things a little better there!

The only thing THIS McDonalds is consistent on is bad food and service. There is no quality control. That starts with the manager and whoever he/she is really sucks. I can't say enough negative things about this location other then SHUT IT DOWN!

I travel all over the country for work . This had to be the worst McDonalds , ever. I dread coming home to this place. No matter what time of day it takes forever to get your food and 90% of the time it's wrong. Done. Never going here again
