The only thing THIS McDonalds is consistent on is bad food and service. There is no quality control. That starts with the manager and whoever he/she is really sucks. I can't say enough negative things about this location other then SHUT IT DOWN!

I travel all over the country for work . This had to be the worst McDonalds , ever. I dread coming home to this place. No matter what time of day it takes forever to get your food and 90% of the time it's wrong. Done. Never going here again

Every time I go here something gets messed up from missing food to raw meat that's gooey. This is ridiculous. This time I was missing a mccrispy, 3 of the 4 burgers were raw and when I went up to have them replaced I got the burger and they tried giving me a mcchicken that's a quarter the price I got charged instead of the mccrispy. I had to go in a 3rd time to get the correct sandwich.

The burger was better then I expected. Unfortunately the fries were trash. Cold and rubbery definitely been sitting. Didn't even eat them
I don't think it's McDonald's/ it's people just don't want to work why should they because they are getting more on unemployment and staying home on there buts .that's want I think.

Slow as a sloth customer service in morning wonderful evening sucks they will open window basically throw your stuff at you the manager in the evening sucks yells and throws stuff at her employees no wonder why no one wants to work here heck I applied got interviewed manager wasn't prepared and was rude and disrespectful and so desperate for help I have 15 yrs plus restaurant experience was manager multiple places no call back

I’m a regular iced coffee customer (sometimes twice a day!) with a very specific custom order, and my coffee is always made really well and is brought to me with a smile and happy attitude. Sometimes I feel a bit awkward making such specific requests for a coffee at a restaurant, rather than an actual coffee place, but the staff has NEVER shown irritation with my order and my coffee is always presented to me with a smile. I really love the current staff at this location. I’m there so often that many of the workers know me really well now and as soon as my mobile order comes in, they start prepping it so that when I pull up to curbside, they bring it out almost immediately every time. Thank you, Lex McDonald’s! You’re the real MVP!
