Will never return here. Did a pickup order was wrong, charged 2 times extra on item, pizza wasn't on order. when i called store was told I needed to call corporate. I will use Casey's pizza from now on.

Tried to order a pizza and the only dough available was thin & crispy or stuffed crust. Needless to say I had to spend an extra $4 for stuffed crust. No wonder we normally eat pizza from Casey's.

We stopped eating there a long time ago just cuz it was so greasy and our order was always wrong but decided to give it another shot and it was SO much better, not greasy at all. We got the big dinner box and everything was perfect. Will definitely order again.

Took my granddaughter to Pizza Hut in Lexington for her birthday recently and had a great time. The food was fresh and delicious and even though they had a full dining room, they managed to find us a table quickly and get our order out super fast. They even brought the birthday girl some brownies. Great Job!

We usually wind up eating around 7 at night, everything is fresh, hot, delicious. Nice and clean store. Friendly and attentive staff. Not usually busy around 7 so it's a nice break.

The regional manager, Jacqueline, just took over these locations in July and is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I had an unfortunate experience one evening at this Lexington location, and she called me personally and was the SWEETEST. Our experience wasn't the end of the world, nor would it have kept us from coming back, but she still reached out and wanted to talk about what happened and try to fix the issue internally. It makes a huge difference when a manager/lead takes any issue, big or small, seriously and goes out of their way to make it right. That says a lot and makes a huge difference!
