Kam and Kenzie are top-notch in customer service and friendliness. So laid back and accommodating to whatever requests you make for your drinks. I’m absolutely thrilled to have a reputable nutrition place in Lexington with such amazing nutrition coaches and tea-tenders! I can’t say enough good stuff about this place. I even did one of their monthly challenges and I lost 10lbs and SEVEN INCHES around my waist by following their extremely simple meal plans and using the shakes. I tried for YEARS to break my weight of 200 because I would always plateau right around there, even when I’d go to the gym every day, which left me feeling extremely discouraged, so I’d stop. I could never ever get my nutrition correct and these girls not only met my own personal needs, but I lost so much weight and made a noticeable difference in my appearance in only 28 days. This has quite literally been life-changing for me and it’s all thanks to Kenzie and Kam providing the nutrition and fitness recommendations I needed.Dietary restrictions: They’re able to hook you up with something to meet your needs!

Came here the very first week it opened. Tried one of the meal replacement drinks and it was horrible. I couldnt finish it and it was so chalky.Update: as of recently i have tried another meal replacement drink. Not as bad but i wouldnt choose it over a lot. The water is great though.

This is the a MUST try if you are in Lexington, MO. The workers are are super knowledgeable and friendly. This will be my new everyday thing, I recommend getting the PB cookie shake & fruit roll up tea! So GOOD.

Tried this place for the first time today, got a mocha iced coffee. It was chalky and made me violently nauseous that's been ongoing for hours. Otherwise great customer service and friendly atmosphere.
