We waited 30 minutes for our order and nothing. I pressed the button to see what was the hold up they said our order wasn’t ready but they would let us know. We ultimately had to just leave because we couldn’t wait any longer

Tried the smash. It was delicious. Fries were gross. Undercooked. Ruined an otherwise fine fast food meal. I just don’t get it. How can you be so bad at fries. That’ll be $12. Here’s your terrible, terrible French fries.

Feel like i got ripped off on the back. They were only like 1 inch long. I said something to my server. She came back told me the manager said that's what I get. Don't think I will return back to this sonic.
Ordered the super sonic breakfast burrito what a joke on the toppings sausage on both mine and my wife's was pitiful was 3 little pieces on mine and 4 on my wife's. Maybe five or six onions what a joke low enough it's a scam in my opinion definitely done getting any food from sonic again. For what you charge it should look like the picture and be stuffed I'll go to the small cafe cheaper and better!

Ordered 3 chicken tenders & large cherry sprite.Tenders were only 3 inches long & burnt.I tasted one & it tasted burnt.When I told the girl she said they were cooked per instructions for 6 minutes anything less & they would still be raw.She could remake the order but it would come out the same.She didn't offer a refund.The drink was 90 percent ice.After a couple drinks there was just ice left,it was almost to the top of cup.I don't usually leave reviews but with high food prices I expect more for my money.

We got a couple bacon ranch queso wraps as snacks until we finished our business in Lexington. We have found these wraps to be an enjoyable snack at other Sonics. These, however, were not good. The chicken pieces had the texture and taste of having sat under a heat lamp for far too long. Basically inedible. The drinks, though, were as good as expected.
